Love this store !!! Stephanie and Jeremy the best customer service reps for ATT! I don’t like Woodfield or the store on golf. Don’t mind driving fur good service. She saved me $ 30 off my bill. And as I just became a direct tv customer she offered me the Samsung tablet for $ 100 which is the new promotion. Then was debating on digital life security signed up for .99 and instead of paying monthly $ 49.99 for the basic package the offer was $ 29.99 for as long as I keep the service. Which worked out perfect for my home. My overall experience was A+!!! I will be back or I will most certainly text her

I’ve gone to this store several times and have had no issues. I had to wait a bit the one time I went there because they were so busy. The staff is always nice and very helpful.

I wish there was an option with 0 stars! Please do yourself a favor and go to another store. I’ve been with att for almost 4 years now and I make monthly payments over $ 500 per month for cell phones and uverse. I walk in to ask a simple question and their sales manager tells me I have to wait 45 minutes. I asked him if he can just answer me it’s would take literally 15 seconds and he said he can’t because he is with another customer. He was so rude and didn’t even want to talk. This is ridiculous! I’m seriously considering switching from att because of that dude. His name is Kevin hope he gets fired. I’ll report him to the headquarter of att if they don’t do anything im switching. No one would wait 45minutes to ask a 15second question. I understand they were a bit busy but he could’ve answered me on the spot. I swear I wouldn’t have taken more than 10 seconds. Way to go att for hiring such unprofessional people

RUN! Do not walk — to another ATT store. I was moving to the Lake Zurich area and went in there 5WEEKS prior to moving. Started the order. Due to countless supposed issues was unable to schedule an install date which was very specific due to my son’s medical conditions. We are now days away and found that they can not set up install until 1 ½ weeks after we move in because they do not know how to process orders properly. I have spent over 24 hours on the phone or in person with these guys and I should have know better. Even corporate acknowledged they screwed up. Due to this — I am now over at Comcast.

I ordered an Iphone three weeks ago with a promise date of one week delivered to my home. I didn’t get it on time. In the past two weeks I talked to the same sales person(not the employee that helped me at the store). Both times I asked for the representative that conducted the transaction and both times I was unable to reach them. Both times, the person on the phone was really rude. Some people don’t belong in customer service. They are helpless.
