The food was pretty good but the service was pretty meh. Great food for a chain, decent for everywhere else… prices are a little high considering I could walk about 10 minutes to a hole-in-the-wall place with better food. Our server was probably the least friendly he could possibly be without being outright rude.

I’ve seen many bad reviews for this place, but I had a good experience eating here. While it’s true that the hostess and server were not extremely talkative or friendly, they were not rude or curt either. The server was helpful, especially when adapting to my gluten free needs. The terrace on a cool spring afternoon was beautiful! The food was well prepared. The portions were big enough for me to eat the left overs for breakfast. Awesome date night.

I read the reviews of others regarding THISPF Chang and decided to go with my own experience with the chain(I’ve been to at least 6PF Chang’s across the country). I was seated, per my reservation, at a lovely table and was asked if I wanted some ice water while I decided on a cocktail and dinner. I then ordered a Margarita and dumplings with hot oil and vinegar. My drink came quickly and was delicious. Shortly after that, my dumplings arrived. They were absolutely fantastic — hot and fresh tasting. I then ordered my dinner — Kung Pao chicken extra, extra, extra hot. It arrived after a totally reasonable amount of time and was hot — both in temperature and in spiciness. The bill came and using a credit card, I was out of the restaurant about 5 minutes after getting the bill. Great atmosphere, lighting, etc.

My husband and I dined at Dedham P.F. Changs last night and were quite disappointed. Lighting was poor, food was cold and had to be sent back. Waitress was great but we most likely will not return. We had been in Sarasota recently and had a superb meal there. Spareribs with dry rub were outstanding in Fla. not so in Dedham.

This is a chain restaurant. Stars are based on that rather than if this food is as good as Eleven Madison Park. This location has good service and the food is consistently good. We get the Ma Po tofu, vegetarian spring rolls, and usually a few more apps. They have a Wilamette valley pinot noir that is so good. I think for a chain restaurant, PF changs is better than average.

I wish I had read the reviews before going. My past experience with PF Chang was in California when it first opened. It was delicious then and we returned there many times. More than 10 years later(maybe 15) — my friend suggests for lunch since we were shopping at Legacy place. The only saving grace was our friendly waiter Jude. Food was awful. I almost sent mine back. The sodium level must have been through the roof. I didn’t eat it(vegetarian lettuce wrap) the vegetables were NOT even discernible! The cocktails although tasty had a HINT of alcohol but I thought I was drinking lemonade. When I told the waiter I was disappointed, he agreed the low alcohol content is intentional! I doubt I will ever return even if I was comptd a redo.

I would have wrote this review sooner, however I(along with my two other dinner guests) have been retching and vomiting my entire abdominal contents all day thanks to food poisoning from PF Changs last night. The three of us sat at the bar and got drinks and several dishes to share. $ 180 later… not only does my wallet hurt but but so does my stomach muscles. Thanks PF Changs. I look forward to hearing from management on how they plan on rectifying this situation.

Have eaten here twice this week — Outstanding service and both Managers excel at going above and beyond at accommodating my food allergies. They remember my particular dish and coordinate with the Cuisine Staff to make sure it it is prepared to specifications. Excellent Customer Service ! One of my favourite restaurants in the area. Great for solo dining, couples, families and groups.

If you’re looking for something to knock your socks off, this is not that place. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but it’s no different than going to any other chain restaurant. If you do did your way sitting down to order, you can’t go wrong, just nothing special will keep you coming back regularly.

I usually go to the Tahiti when I’m in the Dedham area, however my friend had a gift card so for our Hello Kitty Weekend(inside joke) we decided to get lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. We sat at the bar which wasn’t crowded and our bartender/waitress was very nice and waited on us promptly. I was super duper hungry so I ordered the shrimp dumplings and Pad Thai. The dumplings could of been a lil bigger, they were about the size of a kitten ear. The Pad Thai was colorful and filling. We ordered the banana spring rolls for dessert. The ice cream served with them was simply divine and made me feel like I had nine lives to go shopping at Legacy Place. The afternoon is a great time to go as this location gets super busy at night with the shops and movie theater close by. Maybe I would go back for the banana spring rolls and some coffee.

Went with a party of 9on 02.14.16. Once we were seated, near the door on one of the coldest night(some of us put our jackets back on) the snowball effect happened… and it was downhill from there… Some of the highlights of that fateful dinner service were: 1– server took 10 minutes to address his table after walking past us several times 2– everyone ordered drinks/sodas I reqeusted water for everyone as well… the server pointed out that would make it 18 glasses on the tables and asked what were we going to do once the food came out… ahhhhh what??! 3– apps came out… missing 2 orders… sauteed green beans and soup. Green beans got delivered and the ends were not cut off(I’m not a chef, but I think you are supposed to cut them off) last soup finally made it out… when the entrees came out, nope… don’t want/need it 4– when the entrees got delivered, three of us ordered from the Chinese New Year menu, did not look anything like the pic in the menu… next time I’ll stick with what I know. Server was subpar– kept blaming the kitchen for everything… we asked for basic items several times… salt/sauce/check. I supose it was the kitchens’ fault for those as well. I strongly believe that once you are in a large party, the chances of you getting good/moderate service drops greatly because the gratuity is automatically included, however, I will say that after the poor service, the gratuity was not included. The gratuity left reflected the service recieved. We will stick to our regular entrees and to take out going forward…

Food was tasty and filling. Servers and the time to get the food were very quick even on a packed sat. night. Drinks were also very good and recommend a Mithai if you like something mixed. Pork dumplings were awesome, order the bigger size! Vegetable fried rice was decent, but what was better was the vegetable lo mien! They accidentally brought us lo mien but let us keep it and still gave us our order of fried rice. Awesome deal because we were able to compare the two. Spicy changs chicken was delicious. Not too spicy and not too tangy. Only problem with this place was the hostesses who seat you. Not the servers! The hostesses. About 4 to 8 of them all stood at the podium where you walk in doing nothing special. Busy place, but when people would come in to put their name in the hostesses would say the wait time is a little over an hour and they would laugh in the potential customers face right after they said this. Multiple people walked in with reservations and even they had to wait to sit. One server actually got mad at the hostesses for making his party leave in order for them to sit someone else. Ridiculous stuff was going on with them and they all seemed quite flustered with what seems to be a pretty simple task. Take people’s names and seat them accordingly Will probably return in the future for a great smörgåsbord of Chinese food. Can’t wait to try their sushi!

This is the worst location I’ve ever visited for dinner. Service is slow. The hostess staff is very rude. Food quality is poor(sushi rolls were hard). I know it’s in a great location, but they have to hire better folks to run the place.

My friend and I came in for lunch yesterday. Parking was rough since it was the day after Christmas, so my friend went in and got us a table while I parked. We each had a Mai Tai which were made well, not too strong or weak. We had the P. F. Chang’s for Two special, which worked out awesome! We each had hot and sour soup which wasn’t as spicy as I’m use to but still had a lot of flavor with a nice thick broth. The lettuce wraps were what initially brought us here and they were phenomenal as always. For our entrees, I had the Mongolian Beef and my friend had the Spicy Chicken. They were both delicious but we were too stuffed to finish and had to get them to go. Lastly, we had the chocolate raspberry and vanilla desserts. Everything was terrific. Our server’s name was Miguel and he was very attentive and personable. He made great recommendations and was very knowledgable about the menu. We had a great experience here and look forward to returning!

I am someone who used to come here on weekends. Will echo the reviewer who was shocked at the menu change. The lunch specials on weekends were the draw. I went to the Natick outpost during the week and not only have they changed the lunch menu, soup is now extra. Talk about upcharges! It’s a shame that they disrespect the customer so much. Will be back if I hear that they have fixed the lunch special problem — 1. bring it back to weekends, and 2. include a cup of soup.

Haven’t been here in a while and the menu has some nice new options. The drink menu is very robust. The service today was very on point. Our server had all the answers and was very knowledgable. The food was delicious as always. We will be back.

Yet another menu change from PF Changs and it is not for the better. This time they stopped any weekend lunch specials. Since dishes average $ 18 each this makes for a VERYEXPENSIVE lunch. In fact, we overheard at least two tables complaining about the lack of specials and ridiculously high prices. We opted for the $ 39 dinner for two. I tried to order fried rice but was told they did not have any. What Chinese restaurant does not serve fried rice? Unfortunately, all the food came at once. The appetizer, soup and entrees… ALLATONCE! When we complained we were told that since the restaurant was empty(surprise…I wonder why) the kitchen cooks too fast. Ughhh. The manager did come over and told us that the changes were made because people prefer to spend more for lunch. Huh? I wanted to laugh. Yes, people are always looking to pay more for things. He told us that he could not comp any of the meal because we were already getting such a great deal on the $ 39 dinner for two but he did give us free iced tea and coupons for 2 free appetizers. Bottom line? Expensive food and poor meal pacing. Try someplace else.

This is the BEST P.F. Changs in the Boston area! I’ve been here quite a few times, and I have the same bartender/server every time I go — Eddie, you know your stuff! Neko & Johnnie, you have a winner with this one! I typically start with the chicken lettuce wraps, but Eddie swayed me with the new sushi rolls, heaven on a plate! Always have the Mongolian Beef as my entrée and can never go wrong! The bar staff can’t be beat with their winning concoctions — whether it’s a new cocktail or a gin and tonic, best drinks in Legacy! Go, run if you have to, and let the amazing staff take care of you!

I don’t understand places like this. The food is tasteless and over-priced. Do not waste your time or money here. Only positives were the Long Island rum tea(tasty but overpriced and extremely weak), dynamite shrimp(way too small of portion) and the crispy honey chicken was okay. The prices aren’t justified at all. This place is a sad excuse for a restaurant, they wasted all their effort on the décor and forgot to create decent food. You can get tastier, cheaper Chinese takeout ANYWHERE else and be 100 times more satisfied. $ 65 for 2 people actually disgusts me. Never again.
