I returned a online purchase. Friendly people. Nice ambiance. Highly recommend.
However, I have repeat problems with unauthorized shipping charges to my account when I order online. I specified store pickup. No shipping charge appeared in my confirmation email. Then when I check my order status, a shipping charge was added. I had to call the customer service to have the charge removed:(

Organized by brands, but even if you don’t know the brands it’s very easy to look through each rack– clean and spacious. People who work there go the back all the time to check on sizes and stuff, really friendly. Big purse and clutch area and shoe/​boots area. Even a men’s clothing area too for shirts and ties. Great changing area with sofas. High-​end brands but pretty good sales most of the time like 30%.
And they do cute events with hot chocolate and candy cane sugar cookies. Oh yeah. *sip*
