I wish we had Waffle House here in the Chicago area!! The hash browns made just about any way you want them are delicious! This is the kind of food you need after a night of overindulgence! What I would give for the cheese and onion hash browns with a HUGE bowl of cheese grits. MMMMM! My arteries will thank me that there is not a Waffle House closer to home.
