I don’t know how I ended up here on my last visit to Atlanta. Well, yes I do, but it wasn’t my choice. Me and a friend were invited to this spot and decided to drop by prior to leaving town. We were told it was a Reggae spot, which it is. However, that wasn’t the night we stopped by. Vibes was interesting to say the least. The crowd was very mature. Lol! They had a white themed party the night we went, which seemed to include food too. It smelled great, but I didn’t partake. We all had a drink and danced a bit before departing. The staff was very nice from the security to the bartender. I actually left my phone in the restroom and realized it once on I-20. When I got back, they let me in with no hassle and there it was in the place I’d left it. Not a bad place to dance, but I’d like to check out the Reggae night if I were ever to visit again.

My friends and I went to this club about two weeks ago. The club itself is okay. Location and parking could be better. We experienced the worst service ever! This witness by the name of June, was really rude to us! As a matter of fact, she was so rude, we had to find a different waitress. She actually argued with us! Who does that with paying customers?! This was our first time and last time going to this place! Ms. June needs to be replaced right away! I have never been treated this way! Music was nice. Crowd was mature.

The First Jamaican club that Ive been too since I moved to GA, The only thing I have to complain about is where this place is located… I was scared to get out of my car let alone leave my car. It looks kind of rough over there. But inside had a cool vibe. The drinks and food was expensive, but i can see myself returning.

Decent nightclub. Affordable drinks. Reggae and other Caribbean music. Older crowd comes here. Some hip hip was played to my disappointment.

During my first year living in GA, I went to this spot a number of times. If you’re into Island Music, Reggae, Soca, and Calypso, then there’s a great chance you’ll like this place. Once you enter the place, there’s a bar. There are a number of small table for people to sit and eat at. Warning, they do smoke in here. There’s a small, but decent sized dance floor to get busy on. Sometimes the place can be a hit or miss. I’ve been there and had the pleasure of meeting some cool women, other times I’ve been there and it seemed like a sausage fest. It stays open pretty late. One time I left around 4AM. and they were still partying!!!

I know for a fact that Vibes has been around for many years. My Mom actually use to work the door there when I was younger. But all I could remember was LOTS of OLDER people. But the new«Vibes» is hipper, sexier, larger, and great spot for those who really want the feel of a lounge/club Caribbean style. The music is awesome, they played old/new school, r&b, hip-hop, reggae, soca, and calypso. The atmosphere is a mixed crowd of mostly all types of Caribbean/African folks. The drinks are very reasonable, and if you get there before 12am its only 10 dollars to get inside. I enjoyed my time at Vibes, and I plan to frequent more often when I am on the East-side. Ladies, if you looking for a spot where the men are drink-friendly this is definitely the spot(I didn’t pay for one drink or my meal.). Big-ups to all the folks at VIBES, and Howard the owner. I enjoyed my visit! I would have given VIBES5 stars, but I hate the fact that they smoke in there, YUCK! So if you wanna get yo DUTTYWINE on all night til bout 5am, hit up Vibes, tell em Pandora sent ya, just kidding! BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! Disclaimer: Vibes is a reggae club, so even at 12am it may not be completely full. Most reggae clubs don’t «pop» til about 130−200am.
