Papa John’s Pizza

Great location and super fast delivery! Employees offer enthusiastic customer service which made this chain store easy to like. Food quality is good and veggies are really fresh… will be using them again!

Papa Johns is one of the 3 restaurants that will deliver to my house, so that’s a plus. I ordered last night, just a simple cookie, chicken wings, garlic parmesan breadsticks w/​2 extra dipping sauces and a 2 liter of Pepsi. I got my order in about 40 minutes (promised in 55 – 65 minutes), but was without my drink. My husband caught the driver before he pulled out of the driveway and the he quickly apologized, promising to be back in 5 minutes. Then, I opened my breadsticks and was missing my extra sauces (that cost $ 1), so I called the store and asked them to please send my sauces back with the driver and they said ok. He got back to my house w/​a black convenience store bag w/​6 hot 20 oz. Pepsis and still no sauces… smh. I hate ordering food from home, but do, from time to time. And, with options so few, its like they deliver whatever and expect you to just smile and take it. (I’ve ordered a beef topping pizza, only to have sausage on my food before from this store) Again… I HATE THIS PAPA JOHNS!
