McDonald’s

This place is slow. Waited 10 minutes for coffee this morning, 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and hot cakes yesterday, and have waited for 22 minutes in the drive thru for 3 breakfast combo meals a few weeks ago. We were the first in line yesterday when we waited 15 minutes.
We also asked the manager helping the drive thru for ketchup packets yesterday morning. He assured us they would be in the bag. When we received everything… no ketchup. I had to go in and get the ketchup myself. This place is poorly managed and poorly owned. We get faster service at our local sit down restaurants. If you are going through the area, wait til you get to Paw Paw or Dowagiac. They are friendlier and faster.
