i order large fries as mobile order and got medium no napkin they lacking good service rushing too much i eat here all the time disappointing yeah they quick with service but just come out wrong

I really really wanted to give them more stars because hello, it’s chic fil a!!! But this particular location? I can’t. The cashiers here are slower than molasses. Taking way longer than necessary to say hello, take an order and take payment. It’s just that simple, in and out. But this location doesn’t seem to have that down. The drive through was literally wrapped around the building so obviously the business is there. But they need to do a little better to KEEP that business. I personally will avoid this location unfortunately.

Although, they are quick with the service, the order is usually wrong or something is omitted. I don’t quite mind the jammed parking lot — I understand, people like Chik-Fil-A, but rushing to satisfy customers yet the service is still lackluster doesn’t cut it. I am familiar with the Chik-Fil-A brand and this location is not up to par with the standard. I wish this time was an isolated event, but it is becoming the norm.

The poor rating is due to the bad design at this location and the ridiculous wait times! On any given day this place looks like a grocery store on Christmas eve, yet the parking lot is small and very obtuse. The drive-thru strip is designed to wrap every customer car around the restaurant continuously with a narrow, cement medium that commits you to the line WAYTOOEARLY. My car has ran hot on separate occasions because the wait time was so long, but I couldn’t pull out of line because of the annoying medium. It’s a shame; most of the staff are polite as are most chik-fil-a employees and the food is on point. Unfortunately, the design of this restaurant gives it a failing grade. The builders were apparently unaware of chik-fil-a’s popularity and didn’t expect even the slightest influx of traffic.

I am hesitant to write this review you see I am a raving fan of Chick-fil-A I love everything about them we model our business after Chick-fil-A their service their commitment to other people everything but today Order number 497‑4196 missed the mark and I believe it was all because of the lady that took my order at the drive-through must be having a bad day I get a biscuit and small coffee with three French vanilla creamer’s every day. before I could even get my order completed she had me pulling around $ 4.04 she said there were no cars behind me I get to the window the next girl who greeted me and took my money was as sweet as could be. Though feeling rushed I repeated the order it was correct but I always request that my three French vanilla creamer to be put in. But at this particular Chick-fil-A told me they do not do that I was disappointed I’m now sitting in the parking lot writing this review and putting in my own creamer wiping my console where I have spilled it. Enough about the creamer when my order was initially taken I did not feel that Chick-fil-A service that I so much enjoy and I’m willing to pay a premium for . it just felt like McDonald’s. It was the person taking my order that caused me not to have a good experience not the person who gave me my sandwich I thought you should know.

I went to this chic fil a yesterday and unfortunately had a terrible experience. I’m an Atlanta native but was raised in north Atlanta and Chic Fil A has always been my favorite fast food place. I’m new to the south/east Atlanta area and wanted my Chic Fil A fix so I drove to this one. Not only did they not give me my full meal but the stuff they did give me was completely wrong. I’ve never had to double check chic Fil a orders in the past so I didn’t even notice till I got back home. There were two girls working in the window together and they seemed less than pleased to be there and then between the both of them they didn’t even get part of the order right, expect for the drink and the sauce I asked for. Needless to say I will never make a trip back here. I would only give it one star but since it’s still a chic Fil a franchise I have it an extra star. But this location is the worst.

I normally don’t go to Chic-fil-A, but when I do it’s always a wonderful experience, although this one time was terrible. When I was ordering, the person on the intercom was acting as if she couldn’t hear and read my order back to me completely wrong, so I had to tell it to her again. When I got up to the window, her and the employees were laughing and lolly gagging, acting as if they didn’t have a job to do. I passed her my debit card and she then charged me for and gave me an order that wasn’t mine. When I told her it wasn’t mine she said that one of her co-workers must have mixed up my order with another one which I highly doubt. I’ve worked in the fast food business part time as I was in school, so I’m very aware of how things work. Lastly, when I finally got my order absolutely none of the food was hot nor warm and I was most disappointed. Some of the employees currently at this location need to get their act together. But as they say, «the drive-thru does screw you over».

This is the worst of the Chic fillas in the Atl. Area. You can expect a jammed up parking lot because of slow service. They need addtional hiring or a manager make over. Really Sad Updating my review of one star from 2013& my 2015 visit was some how worse. Unilocal please add a negative star system for this place. I waited 25 minutes for a few Chicken biscuits in which I was told it was going to be A minute and than was told it would be at least 20 more. 45 – 50 minutes for a fast food order. Corporate needs to get involved and try to save this location.

Yo, this CHICK-FIL-AISTHE bomb! One of the few fast food joints where the food ACTUALLY looks as good as the pictures on the menu! And boy are they fast with the orders. Dine in, and they have waiters to bring your food to your table, and get your condiments, and refills. Food is always hot and well prepared. Concerning the drive thru… This store serves a lot of customers, and believe me(because I work in the area), driving around the building to get in the drive thru line is a excellent solution to the PROBLEM they were having with the line extending out the parking lot, because the drive thru menu is to close to the parking lot entrance. Rencently, a new owner/operator has taken over, Mr. Branden Gibson. I would like to welcome him to the neighborhood, and wish him the best of luck! He is off to a great start!!! You can’t go wrong here!

Finally! I got to try this. We always want what we can’t have, and what we don’t have is Chick-Fil-A in New York, that’s why I want it! I’ve heard people rave about their chicken sandwiches and I’m joining the bandwagon! My chicken sandwich never looked so sexy. and it taste so darn good. It had a buttery fresh goodness taste, crisp green lettuce and nice thick waffle cut fries to compliment every bite. Upon entering this location I notice how clean the establishment was. The workers looked genuinely happy to take my order. What I also appreciate about Chic-Fil-A is that all their condiments are laid out for you to take and not held hostage behind the cash register, without needing to ask for extra this or that.

Okay. This location is problematic for a number of reasons. You have to drive around the entire store in order to get in the drive through line. Yes, you heard it right. You have to drive in a make shift circle and the lanes are narrow. It only makes sense that the engineers who constructed this space did not give this any thought. I was tempted to go in to save time and fuel but my six year old nephew was taking his car nap and the purchase was for him. He has an appreciation for chicken nuggets like most kids. Service was quick and condiments were offered but the cashier either can not count or dropped some of my money. Food = 4 stars Service = 3 stars Drive through maze = 1 star Change = 2 stars Yes, I am rounding upwards.

Used to always go to this Chick-fil-a, and like another reviewer stated, if you’ve been to one, nothing is going to surprise you. I give this one props however, for looking at my card and asking to see my ID, as «SEEID» is written on the back of my card. Thanked her for doing that and the great customer service. Very cheerful staff, very quick service. I’m a fan!
