Everyone was super helpful when we went in to find out the plan options. My husband was on unlimited, so we were reluctant to leave that plan. In the end we decided to think about it a bit more and left. When we came back about a week later, we found out that they had already changed our plan, without our consent. They also lied and promised us things that, when we went back in, after the plan was changed, were suddenly not available.
This is an authorized dealer, so AT&T can’t actually do anything about it. Id be super cautious if you go here, and make sure they haven’t made changes without your consent.
I also have to go back to a legit store now, because they also didn’t update my phone properly.
