One of my go-to restaurants for lunch and dinner in Decatur! The proprietors offer great food and service. Authentic Greek cuisine with vegan options and the best pita bread I’ve had since my time in Thessaloniki! Perfect for private outdoor dining or a quiet evening on the town. Thanks, Kaliopy and Marios!

This place is a nice quaint spot in downtown Decatur to get Mediterranean food. It’s clean, the folk seem nice and the salad was tasty. I unfortunately judge how much I enjoyed the place by the falafel! I love them crunchy and flavorful. The falafel here is grilled and mushy. I was so disappointed to see them and it tasted weird, not bad. it’s just not the best I’ve had. I haven’t been back.

What a hidden gem! The food here is really delicious and served in a comfy setting. They have a great little patio too. The owners are your cook/server and they are both kind and accommodating– took the time to explain/describe dishes to me as I’m new to Greek food. They will show you the wonderful world of Greek food beyond salads with olives & pitas!

My family came here a few weeks ago, and our expectations were definitely exceeded. This place is run by a couple, and the food is absolutely excellent! We loved everything we tried. The portions are good, and the service is also wonderful. We really enjoyed our meal here and will definitely be returning.

Om nom nom. This place is adorable, and has that intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like your dining at your uncle’s restaurant. A family owned business, everyone has a warm smile and a wave for you at the door. Pulling out all the stops, they provide you with a complimentary appetizer while you peruse, and don’t be afraid to LIVE. IT. UP. on their menu because everything is very modestly priced for a perfectly portioned pile of delicious greek food. Also, they serve Mythos Greek beer which was probably the most delicious, refreshing pilsner-style beer I’ve had that wasn’t a US beer. I’ve been on the hunt for where I can get a case of for myself ever since. The perfect way to cool off during these sweltering summer days. PS: it is hidden, around the backside of the building in a little corner, but if you park at the Bank of America parking lot after 6pm its plenty close, and its my favorite kind of parking… the FREE kind!

Very yummy! Owners are actually from Greece and had just returned from Cypress the day before. Fair prices and really good food! The grilled feta is amazing as was the baklava sundae!

3 of us met for dinner last night and we all had a great experience. We all loved our food(chicken platter, falafel platter & mixed grill) and got just the right amount of attention for co-owner Kaliopy. It really is hidden away but worth looking for. I’d like to get by for lunch one day. Not reducing my rating, but my only critique is either increase the pour on the $ 8 wine just a tad or serve in slightly smaller glasses :)

Andryiannis is a great, off-the-beaten-path Decatur restaurant. The food is freshly prepared daily. The options are relatively common greek fare but excellently executed. If you have a hankering for dolmades, grilled feta, or homemade falafel, this is your jam. Check it out, the owners are incredibly nice and the service is well paced.

I’m Greek and have been looking for a place to have food as good as my Yia Yia’s and this place is it! Everything was delicious and Marios was so nice. I can’t wait to go back… Like all the time! Huge plus: they have avgolemono soup which most other Greek places around here don’t. Happy as a clam eating this food!

Im so glad we finally came here for dinner. We shared the dolmades appetizer, and it was really good. I had the grilled falafel platter that comes with Greek potatoes and roasted vegetables(on this night, it was green beans) and a Greek salad. The falafel was soft and mushy but the flavor was really good, and I liked the fact that it was grilled not fried. The potatoes and green beans were SOGOOD. At the top of the menu it states that for vegan diets to let them know, and the chef would gladly accommodate(I LOVEDTHAT) The chef and server are the owner/operators and very gracious hosts. We will be going back.

Jacquie S. 9÷7÷2014 Last night I ate, for the first time, at Andryannis Greek Bistro located on the back side of Town Center on Clairemont Avenue in Decatur. It was wonderful! I will be back! I started with a Greek wine, Boutari«Nemea» Agioritiko and the Greek Bruscetta which was fresh and really tasty. The serving was generous and I shared it with my family but I wouldn’t have minded eating it all by myself. I had the lamb chop special and they were tender and succulent. It came with a Greek salad, Greek potatoes and green beans. All was excellent. I finished with a moist Baklava and coffee. This is a real gem of a restaurant and the owners/operators, Marios and Kaliopy Kitas do it all and do it well! If you want a real treat, dine at Andryannis! .

This place is right by my job but hidden off in the cut. Whenever I tell people about it they have had no clue that it was even there… but that’s neither here nor there. Anyways, I can only critique the lunch cuisine but the food is very good and sold at a decent price. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because they are a two person crew(one cooking, one on register) and sometimes dishes can sit on the table for a long time before being picked up. It doesn’t really bother me because it’s never disgusting looking and I cut them a break due to lack of wait staff.

I went here with a friend several weeks go, and it’s pretty decent. We used a Scout Mob to get the appetizer platter, which consisted of tabbouleh, hummus, and babaganoush. For $ 10 at dinner, it’s probably not worth it, but for free, it was nice. Everything tasted great, and there were even small chunks of eggplant in the babaganoush. The pita that accompanied this dish was pretty dry and not too fun to eat, though. I had the falafel and my friend had the chicken kabob platter. Sadly, the falafel was on the mushy side and a little bland. The Greek potatoes that came with them were awesome though. They use a lot of lemon in them, and it made them nice and tangy. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her chicken and was really happy with her choice. Overall, everything was freshly made and a lot of care goes into the food. The pitas were hurting the team a little since they tasted a little too mass produced. The owner acted as the server this night, and she was so nice. Yay for great service! I would come here again, but would probably get something that’s not a falafel.
