First time to Potbelly eating here I ordered the tuna sandwich with thin cut bread and guess what the tuna was thin cut also about 2 table spoons of tuna on the sandwichIi order lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers, and italian seasoning on the sandwich only item that came to the party was tomatoes and lettuce sorry but I think I went on the wrong day 10/​09/​2015 @ 2:30 pm (subway tuna is much better and I give them about 3 stars) Potbelly claims Albacor tuna that was the cheap Albacor because it was the dark tuna

Uptown chicken salad is a great salad– love the walnuts, cranberries and red grapes. I did pay $ 1 extra for avocado that was just a few small pieces, so I probably wouldn’t add that on again. This is my first meal from Potbelly’s and I am satisfied with the portion size, taste, and price.
However, customer service was horrible. Michelle «helped» me and was very rude and rushed me even though I was the only person in the store. Upon cashing out and turning around to leave, she picked up her cell phone so apparently she had more important things to worry about. I hate when my first experience at a place is set off by rude customer service. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

I catered a business lunch from this location today and they did a great job for me. The manager Kim was extremely helpful and accommodated my last minute lunch order for 13 people, despite the fact they were busier than normal due to lost phone and internet connections. Since I wasn’t able to get through by phone, she even gave me a free pop & cookie for the inconvenience. Great staff & service here!

Visited one Sunday after church. Nice ambiance, although the set up was a bit confusing to those who don’t visit Potbelly frequently. The staff was fantastic and fun, which definitely added a star.
As always, the sandwiches were really tasty, with a variety of options. However, the soup was room temperature (borderline cold) and I thought the milk shake, while tasty, was minuscule for the price.
Even with a coupon, my lunch came out to $ 12. Without the coupon, it would have been $ 16. I understand that I ate a heavy lunch, but those are really, really high prices for a lunch, comparable with gourmet restaurants. While I like it, I don’t think the value proposition is there.

I forgot how good Potbelly’s is, until we came here late at night with not too many other options. You already know that the sandwiches are good, or else there wouldn’t be so many of them. But this one gets high marks for the staff, he stayed open a little later while we were in there eating, and were still nice to us the entire time.

Yes this place was awesome. its just a great shame I discovered this place so close to when I was leaving Michigan. The sandwiches are very good (hot or cold). If I had discovered sooner then this place would have been the daily lunch spot!

Shakes are TINY though… I mean, aren’t you suppose to get a shake to share… we did. I didn’t get much because 1) my boyfriend was an only child and 2) there wasn’t a whole lot to work with. This was my only major complaint– and for one person, say stopping in for lunch, I am sure they are perfectly sized.
Not worth a special trip to get there, but if you’ve gotta do a major shopping day at the meijers and home depot nearby… or if you work or live in the area… its a nice little sammich shop! Just don’t try to split their milkshake!

I had heard all this talk from my fiancé about how great the sandwiches were here, so when we got to Michigan, he took me.
And I have to admit, they were really good. The meat was fresh and they had so many choices. You can pick exactly how much meat you want. They have fresh pickles and such great shakes. If you ever see one around. Go. It’s yummy!
