I wasn’t a big fan of jimmy johns when they first opened. I felt like they were dry. I didn’t realize how easy and fast customizing my sandwich to my liking (similar to subway) would make all the difference. I get the #12, no mayo and make it an unwich! That’s perfect for my low carb diet. The
Portion of turkey meat is a lot. One sandwich really fills u up! They are always quick and fresh which is perfect for a lunch time meal in my case, because I’m always on the go!

Excellent service! Quick easy and Fast. Helped me carry out my large order. Best Jimmy Johns I have been to. I would come back here whenever I can.

Poor catering experience. 10 mins late with the lunch order and warm sodas when I specifically asked to make sure they were iced. Unprofessional.

2 times I’ve had delivery from this store and both times they have gotten the orders wrong. This last time I had ordered 2 different subs both without tomatoes. One sub came as ordered and the other came with tomatoes but without lettuce. The order came to $ 12.50 and when the delivery guy showed up I handed him a $ 20 and he expected the $ 7.50 change as a tip.
I have been inside this store and the service is just as bad. They play the stereo so loud that you have to yell your order. Which I find very annoying. Also the parking is horrible.

The more I visit, the less I like this location. The workers aren’t friendly (they don’t even greet you when you come in) and they are pretty slow for a place whose slogan is «Freaky Fast».
I’ll stick to the one on the hill.

I am what one would call a Jimmy John’s addict. I used to order so many that the delivery guy (home and work) and I were buddies. Of the many, many Jimmy John’s I have been to this one is about average. The bread was perfectly cooked, and that made me REALLY happy. But the staff, speed, and parking were lacking
Fortunately, because it’s the holiday, there weren’t too many cars in the parking lot — but it was still a little hectic. This parking lot (like many have mentioned) is insane. I don’t know who developed this, but that guy needs to be fired from any future work.
The sandwich itself was good, but lacked a certain «something» that I usually taste with the Jimmy John’s. Maybe it’s just because I haven’t had one in a while (no JJ near me now), but I’m pretty sure that something wasn’t quite right. Regardless, you’ll still find me here when I’m nearby… this love affair isn’t over yet.

This JJ’s is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in here, there’s no one at the register and I have to wait a few minutes to even be noticed. When I went today, there was only one person working, and she looked like she’d rather be asleep than at work. Not fast, not friendly. If you really need JJ’s, find another location. This one breaks all the promises.

I like this Jimmy John’s. The service is fast and the sandwiches are usually good. Always fresh. I don’t like the parking situation. You have to stalk down a spot and if you have to park at the meter, good luck finding one!

I am sort of addicted to Jimmy John’s sandwiches, though I cannot explain why. They really aren’t that special. Maybe they put nicotine in the mayo. Who knows.
But this location has p***ed me off a coupole of time. Everytime I call for delivery it’s like rolling the dice whether they will deliver to my house or not. Apparently I am 2 blocks out of their area, so sometimes they’ll deliver, and sometimes they’ll take my order, and after an hour and no delivered sandwiches I’ll call to find out that they will not deliver, and have not called to tell me they will not deliver! Frustrating!
But their food is good, and the service (apart from my delivery problems) is good too, so 4 stars!

Another sandwich spot. I was skeptical. How can all these sandwich spots be oh so good and oh so different.
If you’re a bread freak, go here. The bread they use for their sandwiches is GOOD! The meat was good, not like Potbelly’s, but the bread here makes the difference.

Jimmy John’s is a sub sandwich chain.
The subs are 8-​inches long and always tasty. I’d recommend the #9 Italian Night Club.
The Dearborn location is in a great spot. It’s in the stretch of downtown Dearborn where there are tons of bars and restaurants.
The staff is mostly teenagers or it has been the few times I’ve stopped at this location. They all seem to be friendly. One guy even told me he liked working there because he got to see so many beautiful sandwiches.
My only major complaint is that this Jimmy John’s is in a prime location to stay open late, and it doesn’t! After bar hopping you are stuck with Taco Bell, Mickey D’s or Rams Horn unfortunately. Jimmy John’s is totally missing out on drunk customers in need of bread and caffeine at 2 in the morning!
My other complaint is the location does come with it’s drawbacks mainly parking. The parking lot in front is free, but around the lunch hour and busy times of day it is full. That leaves metered parking on the street or the parking garage off of Village Drive. Either way you have to pay and it’s a little bit longer of a walk.
There is very limited seating inside, so I recommend getting your order to go. There is some outdoor seating between Jimmy John’s and Starbucks, which is nice in the summertime.
If you plan to run in and get your sub to go, park in the parking garage as it is free for the first half hour.
They also deliver!

The food is usually ok, though the last time we ordered they waited 45 minutes before calling us back and telling us they don’t deliver to our street anymore (we had ordered delivery several times before). Apparently we’re 2 blocks out of range. Bad management, ok food.
