It is the most God awful place. Like another reviewer said, I’d give it zero stars if I could. Over the last few years, my now former doctor, Dr. Abdulrazzak, had cancelled his appointments on me just a couple of days before multiple times with no excusable reasons other than (the nurses saying) he won’t be there. Their office staff is the worst. It wasn’t unusual for them to call me and ask me if I can come in earlier than my usual 5:30 appointment when they close at 6 when I have told them over and over I work 35 minutes away and I can’t just pick up and leave just because the doctor and staff want to get out earlier. Every so often, you’d think they’re trying to be nice and doing me a favor by letting me come in earlier. For my second to last appointment, I swear to you, 3 different people in the same office called me on the same day as my appointment, about an hour apart each, asking me if I can come in 2 hours earlier. Each time, I had to tell them I work 35 minutes away without traffic and therefore I can’t. One of the times, I had to get up from a work meeting to do so. The straw that broke the camel’s back was at my very last appointment with him. I was scheduled for 1pm. He wasn’t there. Other patients that had appointments with him between 1 – 2 also got the same answer. The nurses tried to call him and page him multiple times with no response. Finally, he walks into the building at 2pm, without a bit of remorse and not the slightest bit apologetic. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of doctors that care more about his patients than their fat paychecks. Who does he think he is and does he really think his poop doesn’t stink and he can just do whatever he wants?

If there are zero stars then I would leave that. We showed up half a hour before our appointment and after waiting one hour, which was 30m past our scheduled time, we still got no word of whats going on. We went up to the receptionist and was told any minutes, 15m later still nothing, then we went up again and they told us 20 more minutes. Ridiculous by any standards. What is the point of making an appoibtment if they just disregard it. Dr. Asbahi is a joke, we would never come back after this is over. We missed other plans because of this whole incidence.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Alazeem for almost a year and I’m very happy with my care. Kathy, his MA, is very prompt in responding to my concerns and getting my refills taken care of. The time in the waiting room is usually pretty long but he really takes all the time I need so I don’t really mind. Especially since I can have a 5 pm appointment time and don’t have to take time off work to take care of my Lupus

The billing department for this office is atrochious! In October of 2012, they sent me a $ 275.00 bill for services rendered in April 2011. Despite numerous calls to their office, they continue to send me bills.
I wish I could give zero stars!!!
