Have to say that I feel sorry for this location if the woman I spoke with tonight is really a manager. Quite possible that she is one of the rudest individuals I’ve dealt with over the telephone. If my order had been correct when your employee gave it to me, there would not have been an issue. Guests are allowed to call to inform you that am error was made. You should not be so rude and dismissive. I work in a restaurant and if I spoke like that to anyone, I’d be fired. You should be. Your boss should be embarrassed. You are not a good representative for this company. You are one of the reasons this location will lose valuable customers. Like me.

Worse service ever! Took them too long to give us our food and almost forgot the 2nd order. To top it off they gave me WILTED lettuce on my sirloin burger! One of the employee didn’t know what to do when i asked for new lettuce and just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Also the Ketchup dispenser was out of order with no sign and no one refilled it. We also ordered two mcflurries. One somehow had less ice cream in it that it was only half full. I had to ask for more ice cream. Not going back to this location.

I only go to McDonalds usually in the morning — I get an Egg McMuffin and a coffee. I then take this to work and have breakfast. Their egg mcmuffin is good and semi healthy. That’s why I go for breakfast — but, it’s like maybe 3 — 4 times a year only! I usually go through the Drive Thru and I have not been disappointed as of yet with their services!

Their fries are pretty good. But only when they’re hot. They have this burger called a «Big Mac» that has an extra bun in the middle. They put 1,000 Island dressing on it, but call it «special sauce». Place is owned by a clown, though.
