THE WORST APPLBEES EVER. I used to live by there so my husband and I went frequently. That is, until we started being sat in a certain waitress’ section every damn time. She never smiled, never introduced herself or asked how we were. One of my very last times going there was my birthday (my 21^st, and I love their cocktails!). She said «Please tell me you don’t want anyone to sing…» in the most bitchiest tone. I didn’t but at that point, I wanted to only to bother her. And then my very last time going there (the night before my wedding to hang out with friends in town) of course I was sat in her section! She was so cranky about taking our drink orders. Those are just 2 instances of many where she served me. I truly hope she worked on her attitude or got a new job.

Continues to be a good experience for me here. Bartenders are always friendly and never had issues with the wait staff either. The happy hour options are great both for food and drinks. I am surely moving toward this being my place to visit on date nights as well as solo ventures. Some of the negative reviews seem to point to particular staff members. I’m hoping they can weed out the bad and continue to keep the good going.

The manager was very nice and personable. He offered to make our food over himself but we refused, he did comp our entire bill and i thought that was nice. But we will not be back to this location.

Food was hot and fresh as always from this location. We had a wonderful waitress, who even when she had one of the worst, outrageous, blatantly disrespectful tables I have ever seen in the restaurant business, kept her cool and gave us awesome service!

I really like this location. 90% of the servers are excellent. Also, the managers are really active and are happy to fix anything wrong with your food. Most of the time, it is easy to get in and out in under 45 minutes.

Terrible customer service. First of all the hostess who was going to sit us down stopped to have a non-​relevant conversation with another server while we sat there and waited. Once we finally got seated we waited a good 10 – 15 minutes and not one person came up to us to even ask how we were doing or if we wanted anything to drink. Mind you that it was not busy at all and about 5 different workers had passed us. Worst restaurant experience ever. Got up, walked out and went across the street to Olga’s.

Place is nice, staff is great. Can’t complain. It’s a freaking Applebee’s not Masa in NYC, relax.

Food is as to be expected from any location. But the difference here is the staff. Megan was great. Attentive, engaging and suggestive when we had doubts as to what to order. If I ever am back in the area, I’ll stop by again. (So we can have more Ohio vs. Michigan discussions)

Just when I thought they couldn’t mess it up… we walk in at 8:30pm. Maybe 4 tables in there eating. Staff sitting down on the guest benches just chatting. Then ask if we want a booth. Sure… so then she says oh we have to clean it. Ok… that’s wierd, you aren’t busy. Then I look around and count the seven dirty tables. Come on, time to lean then there’s time to clean. Then we order, its burger night and it’s a great special. Well apparently what the menu says is not what you get. Two cowboy burgers with no bbq sauce. Mind you 10 minutes later he finally came over to ask. So, he puts a carryout order in when our food came out. Then brought it over and set it on the booth. Is that normally where you put dinner? No… try the table. So it took over an hour for some free bar snacks he forgot to take off the bill, two burgers and some water. It was dead!!! Why did we wait forty minutes for burgers and fresh fries… get it together. I guess it was better then last time when we literally had to walk up to the bar and get more cocktails because she stopped coming to our table.

Potentially the worst AppleBee’s Ever!
Food– Horrible. Came hoping to snag a few of my old favorites, since it has been a few years. It was horrible. Could barely eat the food.
Service– worst of all. The girl kept coming back to our table after long periods of time complaining about what was going on with other tables and in the restaurant. Funny thing almost no one was there that night. The restaurant was fairly slow. I worked at an Applebee’s for a couple years. This was a horrible example of the place I worked.
Ambiance/​Décor– Pretty typical to most Applebee’s. Nothing special here.
Overall, would never be back, hated the experience and seriously would not recommend this spot at all. Might not even be interested in to many Applebee’s anywhere anytime soon.

This is the second time I have come and got bad service are waitress asked us twice if everything was okay once was before we even got are food and the other was when we were completely done we sat for 10 minutes almost and waited for someone to bring us are bill I will probably never come back to this place again

Service was great! But i definitely won’t be a frequent visitor. My food was luke warm and wasn’t flavored. However they did have plenty of seating and well lit parking. Close by is Target, Dollar General and Kroger.

If you are going in on a Friday night for a meal with family lyi and friends expect to served ONE @ a time… As a family of five we had a 78 minutes stretch between the FIRST person meal to the FIFTH person meal to be served. Asked for a manager and it has been 18 minutes and he did NOT show up yet for us to politely voice our concern and dissatisfaction during this service…
Will be calling headquarters customer service and will see what will they say and do about this… Not our server’s fault…

My daughter and I ate at this restaurant yesterday and we were very disappointed. Restaurant was not busy at all, maybe about 10 tables. The waitress was very slow. Took about 10 minutes for her to come to our table and get our drink order and evenl longer to take our order for our meal. Food was mediocre. Both my daughter and I got food poisoning from this restaurant. This is the first and the last time we will eat here.

Food is good, simple American fare. Sometimes they change their menu too fast and I lose my favorite dish I always order. I wish they bring back the all you can eat soup and salad lunch menu. They had the best spinach salad on it!

This was the absolute worste the service was slow and my food was cold. It wasn’t even busy. They did offer to make it again but I refused as my friends would be done and ready ro go after the lont wait.

Food didn’t taste like much but the atmosphere was nice and the staff is very nice To us.

Eh, it’s a chain restaurant. I almost always get the oriental chicken salad, which is hard to mess up. Last time I was at this location, we got seated, then waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. Then it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks (pop and coffee).
We got the 2 for $ 20 deal, which includes an appetizer. We got the onion rings, which were swimming in oil in the basket. Our food tasted fine, but my mom’s entrée looked like something you’d see in a prison cafeteria — no color or presentation whatsoever. I know it’s not Roast or the Capital Grille, but geez. Make it appear appetizing, or at least how it looks in the menu.
The service was a little lackluster that night, which was interesting considering there weren’t many people there. The manager seemed to be tending to a lot of tables.

We visited one evening after an afternoon playing softball. We were all pretty hungry and we anxiously began to read the menu. The waiter was nice enough, and explained the happy hour specials, as it was 10pm.
We ordered a wide array of appetizers and all were pretty much what we were expecting. No complaints, nothing to really stand out, just your average neighborhood Applebee’s.
