Was terrible. Girl on her phone while doing nails. Was asked 3 times if I wanted gel. Polish isn’t all the way on the sides or to the top. Had to ask her to repaint which she did a bad job on. Lots of bubbles. The top coat didn’t stay. Terrible service won’t go back. They don’t care about the job they do. The cutting, filing, shaping was fine but the cuticle removing and painting was terrible.

I’ve been searching for a place to have my nails done close to where my kids go to karate. I had my 2nd visit the other day. I was pleasantly surprised on the consistency my nails were done with different Techs. Nancy & Alex are terrific! Had a spa pedi & mani fill. I mentioned about the kids. It just happened that I was done just in time to make it back to the dojo. They did not rush nor skip anything. Yes they chat in their own language. But everyone was pleasant & professional. I noticed that metal equipment was autoclaved & files were new. I will be coming back.

As I sit here getting a pedicure, I believe the woman is actually talking about me. My mother and I are very open minded I but this lady is very rude, rough, and unfriendly. I will not be giving her a very good tip. When she asked if it hurt I said yes and she laughed and replied«it has to be done». Water is cold and I don’t believe they cleaned it very well after the last person. I will not return.

Been going here for several years but will now look for another salon. The gal today gave a decent pedicure. But she spent most of the time chatting with her co-workers, looking over her shoulder half the time. She answered her cellphone 3 or 4 times, tucking it into her chin to keep chatting. I’d get fired if I did that while working. I wouldn’t care if there was an occasional exchange of remarks, but she was ridiculously inattentive. Terrible customer service in a service profession. I only took 15 minutes of her time for a simple pedicure. I’m not going back and won’t recommend them to anyone.

This salon was the recommended to me by the front desk clerk at the hotel in staying at for the weekend. Upon arrival, I see that it’s a very aesthetically pleasing space; even if I wasn’t greeted warmly. I was just getting a mani/pedi and as customary I was told to pick my polish I was first seated in a massage chair(that didn’t work and the water was cold). After futzing around with it for awhile, the technician asked me to «just move». After the first bit of confusion the experience definitely improved. The technician turned out to be very friendly and she did a really good job. I would recommend this shop.

Not too bad of a nail salon, my manicure looks great. However there were some concerning factors: They are not very communicative/friendly to the customer. They only spoke to other employees in their native language, and it was constant. I get it, that’s usually how it works out. But I do like the small talk and it was like I wasn’t even there. Their files and buffing pads looked really worn out. I am new to NY and I don’t know the law, but in Oregon, it is required you use a new file/buffer on everyone, so I was a little grossed out. The barbicide looked like it could have been changed out or at least refilled. It was a last minute decision to get my nails done, so I wasn’t expected the best. I did not get a staph infection and, like I said, my nails look great, but I probably won’t go here again.
