Employees are very rude and not helpful. Bugs in room. Bad neighborhood stay away. Not happy with my stay. I will not go back.

Pretty decent place, right on the beach so that’s a huge plus. Unfortunately all the oceanfront rooms were taken. Also, they don’t offer one queen beds in any rooms apparently? So we got 2 connected rooms with two full beds, even though they claimed they were queens. Definitely not. Overall just very average.

Ok– I wanted to give this La Quinta inn a 4 star review.(5 Star for view of beach) The property was on the beach, the pool was nice. The room was cleanish(smelled like smoke, but I think was a non smoking?) The Jacuzzi in the room was great. We had room 214. Breakfast, parking everything was a– ok. We were truly wowed by the view. BUT The next morning driving away I noticed tons of Bed bug bites on my legs and ankles. I emailed the property and as long as they take care of that, this would be a great hotel. I know now days Bed bugs are a huge financial burden for hotels. Hope they are able to take care of this issue.

Well let me start with we had friends of ours reserve two ocean view suites for 5 days over the Fourth of July holiday weekend Rooms were not what they reserved… No jacuzzi no full kitchen They are pet friendly to a point meaning. Your allowed pets in your room but they are not allowed outside your room unless your on a balcony floor They make you walk your dogs on a small spot of grass by the busy road … Not to mention beside the dumpsters that one moring we saw a man climb out of the dumpster pulling his pants up… Gross !! We reserved ground floor because we were told you could have them outside your room… Not !! But for some reason everyone else had their dogs running all over and management never did much about it When we question the manager about what we were told on the phone he flat out called us liars… Really ??? For the price we paid to stay here we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel The breakfast was lacking Good notes beds were clean and comfortable Two TVs Good channel selection However the wifi was very very slow Toilet wouldn’t shut off after flushing it Pool could have been taken better care of. And what hotel let’s little kids in the hot tub ??? I would have given the hotel at least a 4 star… But to be called a liar by the manager… I think not Just because your on the ocean does not mean you can disrespect your customers The owner of this hotel should really reconsider if they want to keep this type of manager and staff Would we stay here again? NEVER ! Such a big disappointment !!!

Traveling with pets your choices are limited, but we were not disappointed with a first floor, ocean front room, huge 500 square feet and clean very very nice.

Terrible service here. I waited over an hour for them to sort out my room, only for them to tell me that it’s still not ready. I decided at that point to grab a bite to eat, and they promised that the room would be ready and key waiting at the desk. Well, I returned to find that there was a new person up front, but the key and paperwork were nowhere to be found. Another hour waiting for these guys… When I finally got to the room, I found it to be dark and dank. The pillows were stained with who knows what. I was so tired that I rolled up my jacket as a pillow. If you’re going to Bike Week, I would steer clear of these guys.

Where do I start!!! Got a room with two queens & one bed had glass stuck in the quilt & pieces of sucker smashed in the dust ruffle… so we didn’t use THAT bed. Then, when we opened up the fridge, there looked to be frozen vomit in the freezer portion… so we didn’t use THAT amenity, which, the fact that La Quinta’s offer fridges, is one of the main draws of us to La Quintas. Also, the hotel says«pet friendly» but that only means they let small pets stay. Forget about trying to find a patch of grass formyour pets to potty on, the only patch of grass say«No Pets Allowed on Grass.» Also, the free breakfast that every La Quinta offers was from 7:00 — 10:00, but, when we got there at 8:30, the plates were all gone, the coffee was out, & basically everything was gone. The worst part, however, was that there was no one restocking any of the breakfast items. This was the first La Quinta we have ever stayed at where this was the case. In short… AVOID this La Quinta!!!

This hotel was Just«ok»…nothing to scream about. Definitely did not appreciate the camera just outside of our balcony focusing on our room.

we made a last minute decision to head out for an overnight trip and chose to stay here in the jacuzzi sweet 3rd floor. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. However the tv didn’t work and we requested extra pillows. The tv was replace immediately but we never did recieve the pillows. We requested a late checkout and was given an extra hour(noon). It was a nice view of the beach indeed and easy access for walking on the beach. One kind of odd thing was they had pretty obvious cameras pointed at the balconies — not that we were doing anything wrong but it didn’t feel very private! The jacuzzi jets weren’t very good at all, it would have been nice if they had provided beach sized towels. They had ice machines on each floor but only the one on the 1st floor would dispense anything! Not too bad a place for the money but next time I’d probably choose somewhere else just based on the jacuzzi quality alone!

Located on the beach in Daytona Beach, this hotel appears to have been updated within recent years. We stayed in a suite with a queen bed and jacuzzi tub on the second floor overlooking the ocean. I liked the way that the tile and carpet were set-up — you could get out of bed on to carpet rather than the cold tile. While the associates and the room were a great bang for the buck, the parking was fairly bad. There is additional parking across A1A from La Quinta Inn, but, truthfully, who wants to walk across so many lanes of traffic at night to get to their room.
