I prefer this Ritters location over the one in Beavercreek. The employees are nice, friendly, and professional. They work hard to get your order made in a timely fashion. Their custard is always at the right temp (not extra soft like the Beavercreek location) and they are very consistent in taste. Personally love the birthday cake and pumpkin custard!

Definitely caught me off guard, frozen custard is superior to ice cream. Plus their toppings are high quality. The brownie in my sundae was a actual baked brownie. Definitely recommend.

We checked this place out on a chilly day in late March, so we didn’t get to enjoy the plentiful outdoor seating, but the treats are top-​notch! Really creamy custard and lots of choices. I know this will be our spot for summertime.

I’ve been going to this location since they opened. Too many times recently their signature Glacier did not have enough custard and/​or enough mix in. This seems to be a trend even as the price keeps going up. It’s too bad as I really try to support local small business. It has to work both ways. They need to support me as a customer with good value.

I love their custard, especially their lite vanilla, though they offer a wide variety of flavors. My two huskies adore the dog’s night out every month when they get their own treat! The staff has always been wonderful with great service as well!

Consistenly good, a great summer treat, and huge combinations of flavor. In my opinion, frozen custard is much better than ice cream, I think it’s a texture thing. Customer service is always good and they have a free custard for dogs night which is cool (pun intended)! I’m a fan of Ritter’s Frozen Custard!

Wonderful staff, owner Don is a delight, and FABULOUS frozen custard. I needed a birthday cake for a coworker at 8 am and Don was there to help me… he said, ‘I tell my staff to help anyone who comes to the window anytime we’re here, even if it’s before or after we officially open.’ Now THAT, my friends, is service straight outta the good ‘olé days and it puts a big smile on my face.
