I swear half their staff just walks around all day and that’s it. When I finally got someone’s attention to look for an item I saw was available at this store (by looking online), they couldn’t find the product. Ended up buying it online and having it delivered to the one in Cincinnati and had to pay shipping on it. Worthless.

Nothing wrong with their products, selection, or set up. The two times I went in their I could not keep the associates attention.
The first instance, the guy kept telling me this was his first week and told me sorry he couldn’t give me an answer. He should have called or asked someone who would know. Then as I was checking out, the price was incorrect, now they called the manager but it was nearly 5 minutes. In the meantime the guy would walk away and ring someone else up on another register. When they did ring me up they didnt hand me my product but just walked away so I had to reach over the register and take it.
The next instance the product price rang up incorrectly again so he said he would need to call the manager. The phone rang then he had a conversation with that caller for a few minutes, I just went and got the manager myself learning from my last experience. The manager said their prices arent always up to date. I would recommend making sure everything rings up correctly (if you care about money).

Store goes on forever, good selections. Staff is helpful and friendly! Glad they are on the south side of Dayton.

If your a musician, then you have to check this place out. For one, its huge. They have a seperate section for each instrument, drums, guitar, bass, keyboards, pa systems… the people are pretty knowledgeable and the prices are good. You can also go online and brouse all their items and even used items. They can be shipped to this store if need be. We have picked up 2 guitars, a bass amp, mixer. pa system, and the price range is from beginner gear to the pros. Worth your time to go here.
