The only reason this place gets one star is because Unilocal doesn’t allow a «zero» star rating. This location has literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The only time I went there to look at shoes, I tried to ask three sales associates questions. The first two ignored me(one looked right at me, picked up her pace, and just kept right on walking past me). The third one was super-rude and even rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her help– like openly rolled them, she didn’t even try to hide it. After she half-heartedly answered my question and stormed off, I promptly put down the shoes I had been looking at and left the store without another word. Look, I get it. Working in retail sucks. I’ve been there, done that. But I literally did nothing wrong to deserve being treated like that. All I did was try to ask a question. Apparently that’s not allowed anymore, I guess. Bottom line: don’t bother unless you enjoy being treated like dirt for no reason.

There was only one jacket that we wanted but it was snagged on the front. Taft and Ben were able to give us a discount on it since it was the reason we came in. Great customer service. I recommend this store and will come again to this location.

It’s EXTREMELY hard to get anyone on the phone. The store also has no sense of urgency when it comes to orders(at least in my experience).

This is similar to all box stores, and I am not sure why I expected any service. I was there to buy some cross training men’s shoes. When I asked for a pair of shoes I can use for running, playing tennis and working out, the sales associate took me to the high end running shoes and told me they were on the next two rows and then turned her back and walked away. She didnt ask any questions about exactly what I was using them for etc. I have been running for several years and understand what I am looking for, so I went back to the desk, interrupted her texting and told her that I needed cross trainers and she pointed to another set of walls and said I wouldn’t be able to use them for long distance running and turned back to texting. I wasn’t there to argue with a Teenager about tennis shoes and should have just asked for her manager. But I didnt and just endured the terrible service. She really made us feel like we were bothering her and spent zero time understanding what we were looking for. I know better and usually go to the running store on Far Hills. You might pay more, but you get incredible service. Last trip to DSG’s.
