I love chipotle. This Location is really really slow. There was a line out the door and the employees look bored. I would recommend a revamp to the procedure here.

The place is standard, similar to other Chipotle’s. Sometimes the service can be a bit spotty and the workers can be unfriendly, but I have never had a problem with the food. I get the same thing at every location, and it is just as good as others.

Placed an order online for Friday evening. Showed up at the time I was directed, and man was I glad I had ordered that way; the line was out the door.
I felt sorry for the employees as this place seemed severely understaffed per the Friday night crowd.
I also checked to see if soap had been installed in the bathroom per previous Unilocal customer complaints. It seemed to me to be soap, but I could be wrong. I’m no soap connoisseur.
Overall, was left with a good impression of this place as the staff was performing well under stress and this place obviously keeps people coming back /is well worth the wait!

BEWARE: Typical Chipotle. Had the salad bowl, beef was over cooked. Staff had placed waterless hand sanitizer in the restroom (instead of soap) which is not a replacement for soap, is deactivated by water and is a health code violation (I am a physician). When I brought it to the manager’s attention I found another employee interested in fighting about it, but no one was concerned that they were potentially contaminating food with fecal material. DO NOT go until Health Department Inspects!

I stopped at this location on my way down to Kentucky for lunch and on my way back from Kentucky for dinner. The lines were manageable both times and the wait was insignificant.
This Chipotle is conveniently located off I-75, it’s an easy on-off. It is tucked away a little bit, but it’s not too difficult to find.
As with all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to, their food is fresh, fast and consistently good. I’m always happy when I can purchase a burrito the size of a preemie baby for just $ 7.
Next time I take a trip to the horse racin’, tobacco growin, bourbon drinkin’ state of Kentucky, I’ll be sure to stop in.
