Went there last night for myself and my mother. Must say food was good, service was not. I get there and order 3 chicken legs, then 5 minutes later the Counter clerk tells me the have 1 leg ready and others will be ready in 12 minutes. Really??? I ordered an extra biscuit for the 3 piece chicken strip meal, never got it… Food was good, service was not. Must improve!

This place is no fluke and is just as good as it was the first time. The food was very hot and very fresh on a Friday night. We decided to eat in this time and I am glad we did. Service was warm and friendly and our order was delivered accurately and in a timely manner. When you want a casual meal,(nothing too heavy or formal), this is a great place to try. It is conveniently located right across from the outlet mall. This location also has new,(to me), seafood platters available. I will have to try them on my next visit.

The chicken at this Popeyes is hit or miss. Sometimes it will be tough as leather from being under a heat lamp too long, but sometimes it’s fine. The service is horrid. Prepare to pull into a parking space for at least five minutes. I had to wait 15 minutes the last time I went. Perhaps this Popeyes’ owners has decided that employees are not going to throw old food out, so that they will either serve old food or will not have enough ready for it to be fast food. I love me some good Popeyes’ food. I wish this place served some.

This place has barely been open a week and already has mediocre food and poor, very rude service. First and last visit today. If you desire rude service by poorly educated lazy youth, then this is your place! It’s as if this Popeyes was picked right of downtown Atlanta and dropped in Dawsonville. A shame, really.
