Papa John’s Pizza

We ordered a pizza and said we would pick it up. When we arrived, they told us it wasn’t ready, however 15 mins later decided to go inside again to check the status. Only for them to tell us we have no order in the system!!! We drove away with no pizza! Dont ever give this place a dollar! Infact, they dont even deserve a penny!

Ordered a pizza at 2pm on a Saturday it took an hour and a half to be delivered and the pizza was cold. Also customer service is terrible.

We ordered a pizza on a Monday night at 9pm, and was told 45min. An hour later I called back to check the status and was told it’s in route. Then an additional 30 min later I called to ask the status again, and asked for the manager. «Brian» told me the 45 min wait was now an hour and a half wait. I told brian to cancel the order and I was disappointed in the service and wait time. His response…“ok”. Great customer service Brian! The delivery guy then showed up, and hour and 40min late. I told him I canceled the order, but he was polite so I accepted the pizza. Unfortunately it was luke warm and needless to say we were disappointed in the wait time, customer service, «Brian’s» response, and condition of the pizza.
I advise to not using papa-​johns davie.

I ordered pizza here for myself and some coworkers to be delivered before lunch time a week or two ago and was upset to find out that at the time I should have received my order that they hadn’t even started making it. I even called to confirm that it was on the way and a young girl told me that it was, 15 minutes later I call again and she says that I need to speak to the manager. The manager apologizes because my order had apparently gotten mixed up with another order being sent near by and assuming it was a duplicate, they ignored it. Peter, the manager, was very kind and reimbursed me for the inconvenience and made and delivered the pizzas himself. Granted I had already bought and brought food from somewhere else by the time he made it… He even told me that we would receive our next order free as well… SO I called today to confirm I could get my free pizza on Friday only to find out that the guy quit.
You gotta’ do what you gotta’ do, but this stinks. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Peter… who is now gone so I can’t even get my pizza. Thank God I called in advance, the man on the phone today was like, «Yeah, he quit. Not here anymore.» Like he did himself a favor. All is well that ends well, I wouldn’t want to wait until my break is over to eat anyway.
