I had been a customer of theirs for 12 years. When I closed my mailbox with them in September 2014, I returned the key and received my $ 25 refund check for the front door key. The check fell into a crevice in my car and couldn’t be retrieved. I told the owner about this and he refused to issue me another check. It has been 6 months now and the check isn’t even good anymore yet he still won’t issue me another check.
