The Spa At The Blackhawk Hotel

I have had the pleasure of receiving 2 facials from Julia and a massage from Karah! Both of the ladies were absolutely amazing! The environment was beautiful, the services were so perfect, and the experiences were definitely ones that i would highly suggest. I felt reenergized and my skin looked and felt amazing. Such an amazing gift! Julia and Karah were very sweet and great at their job! I will be booking more appointments for sure.

Treated myself to a wonderful experience at the Blackhawk Spa yesterday. Color and cut done by Cheyenne. She was spot on with her technique and color choices for me. She was helpful and informative too. Everyone at the spa was kind and inviting as well.

Love this place. The throwback elegance of The Blackhawk is a perfect companion to the spa. The environment really makes you feel you are treating yourself. I have not had the massages or «spa» treatments. The wife has had her haircut and a massage. Both she enjoyed. I am usually found in the Barber shop. Old school hot lather straight razor shaves. I highly recommend getting yourself one. It was the single nicest experience I have had at a barber, or spa. I have Jeff cut my hair and shave, but I am sure either of those gentlemen can do a great job. Spa prices are average, but barber prices are just right!

I have never been to Iowa nor had any reason to go to the Quad Cities before so this was my first time in the Davenport, Iowa. This little quaint spa made my trip worth it.
I needed a quick massage before work. Cara, my masseuse was so professional and great with her hands. I mentioned I was on heels all day for work and she gave me a reflexology in addition to my normal massage. The spa is clean, tranquil with a soothing deco. The best part about my visit was how affordable my massage was the $ 40 30 minute massage (I believe there was an Auto Show Special as the show was in town).
If your in town and in need of relaxation this place is a must.

I purchased a GC for my husband for his birthday. He made the appointment with Jen and had a wonderful experience. She was very detailed in her questioning of his back issues and provided an excellent massage. The spa was very inviting, clean and had great décor. He will be making another appointment soon. Very impressed!

From the pleasant greeting when you enter their door, to offering you a beverage immediately this is a calm and pleasant experience throughout. They also offer full salon services. The only time it was a little loud was during a bridal party prep-​party, otherwise a very calm experience even in the salon.
As a connoisseur of massage all over the world including Watsu, Ashiatsu, Swedish, Stone, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Deep tissue and many more massage modalities their massage therapists rock! Jen’s experience, energy, precision and awareness to her craft is one of the best I have ever experienced. She works with you in a blended fashion of techniques to support you and your body’s need for the best possible outcomes.
The facials are divine and what you would expect from a big city (which QC isn’t) Spa. I go as often as I am in town. I would be remiss in not mentioning they also have a separate area for men with a barber and he provides hot shaves as well. And he is so booked definitely call ahead.
We have also hosted a 50^th wedding anniversary at the hotel and all of the guests were very pleased with their hair and make-​up services. This is a must if you are in the QC.
