I’m giving them two stars because their beds are comfortable. I’m not impressed with the fact that we’ve had reservations for weeks, paid $ 500 for 6 days and they give us possibly the crappiest room they have. They aren’t booked up or at full capacity so there should’ve been another room we could have possibly been put in. The girl’s name was Anais and she wasn’t so friendly or talkative. Just took our name, identification card and just placed us in a room. Yes, they have complimentary breakfast but it is not even worth getting excited for… Cold eggs, hard muffins and bananas. This is only after one night, we’ll see how things go from here.

Best deal in the Orlando area. Nice hotel too. I like the high table in the lobby. Front desk very pleasant during check-​in and the rooms were clean.
Only knock — tv selection. It’s one of those hotels with the 123 – 1 or 138 – 2 channels. Takes forever to find what you are looking for and channels take a while to load. I recommend they switch to directv and get that 5th star.

The price was right!
The staff was outstanding. Check in was so friendly, and night desk clerk was very helpful in dinner recommendation.
Liked the chocolate chip cookies without nuts!
The breakfast was outstanding.
The hotel and rooms were clean. The pool and deck area were acceptable.
The a/​c was a little loud, but got used to it. Also, woke up at 4:15 when some truck in the parking lot was backing up. Need to make windows over front of hotel a little more sound proof.
Printer in business center was not working. Had to use front desk computer to print out boarding pass.

Love this hotel! Their rooms are huge! Beautiful presentation. Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh! Only thing is that they are strict on the breakfast cut off time. Room had a microwave & mini fridge. Only 15 min to Disney. Would definitely stay again!

Bill L was right, internet was SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.
The hotel is not that close to the attractions, but the price makes up for it.
The quality was the same as any other HOE, so it was a good choice.

If your here on Business, don’t plan on using the internet. Speeds are slower than dial-​up. When I complained, I was told I could go stay somewhere else by the franchisee’ s son who told me they met the MINIMUM requirements imposed on them by Holiday Inn.

I needed a place to stay for a few days for a wedding I was attending. (at the Omni Parker at Championsgate) This location was close, highly rated and very reasonably priced. When I walked in, I was shocked at how clean and modern the room was. Check in and out was super easy, done in just a few mins. The one drawback was that the bathroom’s weren’t huge but were done with very nice marble counter tops and had shelves to store my items.
