Stayed here because I was desperate — big mistake. I suppose if your only goal for a hotel is that you have a place with a roof over your head, and to not get killed, then this would work. The checkin people are what you’d think — they know you’re desperate to have to stay here, so they just need to get you in a room, get your money, and go back to talking about what kind of pizza they’re going to order. The room is filthy and stinky. A slum lord owns this place, and must be proud of how much profit he can make off of keeping it bare bones running. Curtains are torn, carpet is wet in patches, bathroom/sink is dirty, there are mosquitos and other bugs inside the room. But, again, we didn’t get killed, so that’s a positive, I guess. The breakfast was seriously like a «candid camera» moment. I pushed the coffee dispense and the coffee was so watered down it just looked like herbal tea. I guess the owner can save .20 cents per pot by watering it down? Same with the«orange juice-like beverage.» Food choices are boiled egg, frozen«omelets» and oatmeal. I’ll let you form your own mental image of how yummy the breakfast area is. So, if your goal is a place to sleep for a few hours while driving, then just stay in your car, for real. I kept thinking Dateline was going to knock on the door to do a story about bed bugs, or MRSA, or slum-lord run motels, but no luck. If this had been $ 50.00 a night, it might have been worth it, but for over $ 125.00, I should have driven another 20 miles. Ugh.

No stars. We needed a pet room and it was the most disgusting room ever. There was black dog hair on the floor and all over the bed on the comforter. It didn’t look like they even cleaned. They changed our room and the other room was a bit better but still smelled horrible and still didn’t look like they cleaned. I understand it is a pet room but it doesn’t mean it had to be disgusting. That’s why you use a vacuum and some air freshener. Never again, wouldn’t eve subject my dog to such a place. Shame on you!!!

The room was ok, with some minor issues. The floor was still a bit dirty from the last visitor and the fridge was leaking(thankfully, I didn’t really need to use it much). The area was quiet at least, which is a plus when traveling with a dog. It was also close to a lot of dining. My biggest peeve with the motel was the grassy area to walk the dog. It really needed to be cut. I was having to pull burrs out of her fur from the grass the whole stay.

I stayed at this place primarily to be able to eat at the Bob Evans restaurant. The room was drab & very dated. I checked the bathroom & was greeted by an insect in the tub. Not a cockroach like the previous review but some sort of shelled bug, which I guess is an improvement for them. The linens & pillows had a smell about them that I decided to use my small travel pillow instead. When I woke up, I decided to check out, even though I was suppose to stay for 5 days. The best part of the Days Inn is the Bob Evans out front. Luckily there are other hotels nearby.

(0 stars) We checked in asking for a room on the ground floor. They told us it was the last one. It was in a dark outside corridor. The room smelled terribly musty. The refrigerator was broke, and the toilet was leaking on the floor and the sink did not drain! I called to say that we couldn’t stay in that room and they offered to put us in the one next door.(Last one left on the ground floor???) We told them to put us in a room on the second floor. The 2nd floor room was better, but the tub and shower curtain were dirty. My husband just fell asleep when I heard the door rattling. A few minutes later the manager opened the door as far as she could to let a guest that said he lost his key in our room! She obviously didn’t check ID or anything because clearly this was not his room! The 2nd morning my husband went out to get coffee. A man was knocking on the door telling me that I had to leave because I did not pay. I asked to see his ID. He did not have one. I told him to get the manager. The manager came saying that we were only paid for one night. Thank God that I had my receipt! I prepaid for 4 nights through my work’s travel program! It took her three times knocking on our door to straighten that out! When we returned to our room that night there were NO towels! The front desk said that we would have to use pool towels because housekeeping locked the other towels up and they were gone. The following night the same thing happened. This time housekeeping was still there and I actually got to use a normal towel! My allergies were SOBAD from that room. Two days later I am still stuffed up and the sneezing was off the charts! DONOTSTAYHERE!

How do I start. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. This place according to their website offers free shuttle bus transportation to any major theme parks, which Disney definitely is. When we got to the hotel, not only was the room crappy, but it did not offer the amenities as stated on the website such as the free shuttle. The service was so bad as well. We ended up demanding a full refund through Expedia. We specifically chose this Inn for the shuttle which it did not have and left me feeling utterly disappointed. I don’t think I would ever go to that Inn again or recommend anyone to go. On the other hand the Days Inn’s neighbor Quality Inn has such wonderful service and definitely deserves the name Quality Inn.
