Wagner Pools

Workmanship is substandard and sloppy. One crew does the wrong thing and the next one makes it even worse. the main office does not have a clue as to what is going on and does not spot check the work that has been done to insure quality. The prices are extremely high and you DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! The company charges you for mistakes that their men make. They do not take care of business and just rip you off… no one is capable of evaluating what is wrong and fixing it!

The company was responsive until we had an issue: the city of Stamford wanted us to move our septic system in order for us to get a permit for the pool. We had asked Wagner before the contract was signed if there was an issue beyond our control, would they refund our deposit? The sales person, Tim said of course. Since the cost to move our septic was prohibitive, we contacted Wagner to let them know that we could not continue with the project. Despite assurances from Tim and Michael, one of the owners, that they would refund our deposit minus legit expenses, they have not responded at all to our requests. No returned phone calls, emails, or letters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are also not members of the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: We had to sue the company to get most of our money back, which we ultimately did!
