I joined boot camp last summer before my wedding and it was the best thing I ever did. Not only did I gain endurance and confidance, I pushed myself to try things I would never have thought of doing, such as completing two ½ marathons. Rita and Jen are great motivators that do not accept «CAN’T» as an option, which allows the group to overcome obstacles. It’s a great support group as well, with a dose of healthy competition. I have not been back to boot camp since my wedding in April, as I am now pregnant, but I can’t wait to get back there!
