21st Century Quick Wash

I never had any issues here and always do laundry there and last weekend I did my laundry and one of the washers didn’t spin my clothes so they were soaking and dripping so I ha to wash them in another one and called the number they have incase of a problem and never answered and I left a message it’s a week later and still no call back!!! horrible that u can’t get ur money and u can’t get a hold of anyone!!!

If I could rate zero stars, I would… This place is a dump. No carts to use to transfer wet clothes to dryers. half the machines are out of order, the other half barely work. No attendant on duty. No restrooms. There are only 4 seats in the entire place. Next time I’m driving the extra distance and going to the laundry mat on 63^rd St. Avoid this place at all cost!

Two years later & no improvement. After reading the previous review I which sounded like the exact same experience I had, I was shocked to see that the washers & dryers still broken, washroom still locked with a pad lock. I even injured myself by sitting in one of the few chairs. The owner of this business should be ashamed and should not have this place open for business. This is the worst l laundromat I’ve ever been to in my life! I will upload pics.
