This is such a wonderful place! If you are looking for a coffee shop with great location and easily available, Starbucks can be your ultimate choice. It is very close to the studio and the environment is nice and cool and it even has few restrooms, in case you are feeling sad and want to be alone for some time. I am looking forward to making this coffee shop as my main hangout spots. As even restaurant these days has its own Wi-Fi but I have never seen such a speedy internet connection which I used at Starbucks. It was like I am sitting beside the Internet service provider. I also tried oatmeal with blueberries! Well that wasn’t their signature food but believe me it was way more than that; it was so delicious that even I was on diet but I asked for it two more time. So, if you are planning go there and try oatmeal with blueberries, it is strongly recommended that go over there before 5pm as that is the time when you don’t find free table immediately instead you have to sit in waiting queue.

So I used the Starbucks app to order coffee for the first time ever today. No one called my name when my drink was ready so it sat there for 20 minuets while I was getting some work done. When I realized how much time had passed I asked if the app was working or if my coffee was ready. The batista blamed me for not picking it up. #startingtohatestarbucks

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. The wait was a long 5min+to order, the young woman at the cash register was less than polite. My drink, a coffee Frappuccino light with light ice, was made well but took an additional 10 minutes to complete. The barista meekishly called my drink as a coffee Frappuccino. It was not called as ordered so I didn’t know it was mine, so I had to ask. Once I asked the barista pointed at the cup and said yes. While I was waiting I used their restroom. Omg. It was filthy. The unflushed Toilet was gross. There Was No toilet paper and the restroom was absolutely filthy and had a very strong odor of urine. I hope the food prep area is cleaner than the rest of this place. I will not be back. I am a shareholder and previous employee of the company. Very disappointed.

April 252015 there was a system wide issue with register(only takes cash not card) (that means it’s not an isolated incident and other places also are down)… so i said my Starbucks gold card is fully loaded i really don’t want to pay with cash, can i get a free drink? so i got my free drink of choice and even water!

This is my favorite Starbucks! I love that they have nice couches and a really cozy environment. The service is always friendly and quick. They are a super busy location, and always get the drinks right!

Hi, giving two stars only because of poor customer service. The cashier ask me to put the sugar into the cup vs having it behind the counter. They stated they were out of cane sugar. Send someone to another Starbucks and buy some Or borrow it. The guy o helped me was nice but I think he should have went out of his way to get sugar into my latte.

a great place to hang out and read while drinking coffee. we sat on a comfortable chair with end tables for our drinks and food. Standard Starbucks drinks and food so the difference is the seating. on a nice day the outdoor tables and chairs are a plus. Close to iron horse trail we we walked(Bonus!)

Pumpkin season is back! Always a joy to get my morning break coffee from here. New coffee flavors for the season. Nice open space. Baristas are nice but sometimes slow mostly they are talking too much with each other while making the coffee.

So, I love Starbucks — I’ve been know to frequent multiple Starbucks locations throughout my day — some are better than others. This location is above average. The staff are friendly, and it’s clean. The lines can be a bit long — but not too bad. My drinks have been accurate, and they spell my name right. :)

A clean well outfitted Starbucks in the Rose Plaza shopping center located next to The Studio is clean, updated and of course free wi fi ready. The staff are friendly and I always find a nice place to sit and plug in. It doesn’t get too crowded so if you need to have a meeting or just get some work done, this is a good spot… or maybe I shouldn’t tout it so… I mean it might get too busy and then I’ll have to find a new work spot. But hey, sharing is caring and I’m in the sharing/caring mood ;)

In real estate, the mantra is «location, location, location». And the convenience of this Starbucks’ location is how we happened to drop by on a late Saturday afternoon. We were making the long drive back to Clayton Valley from the Peninsula and desired a quick stop for a cup of coffee. This Starbucks, located mere seconds off of the Sycamore Valley Road 680 exit fit our needs perfectly! Located in the small, chic Rose Garden Center, there was plenty of parking as we zipped in. I was impressed by the size of this Starbucks’ interior, some interesting design touches, and the material quality of the seating areas. Overall, it seemed a notch above from Starbucks I’ve seen in the Concord/Clayton area. Service was friendly, quick and efficient, and my Tall Skinny Caramel Latte was perfectly made. I enjoyed my coffee and had a pleasant visit. The amount of seating however, was somewhat disappointing. Possibly because this location is more long than wide, all the seating is strung along the wall opposite the counter area. There are four tables by the windows, a long, attractive wood table that would do well for groups, and a group of comfortable, upholstered chairs in the far corner. There is a nice amount of outdoor seating if weather permits. Overall though, fewer inside seats than I’ve observed in smaller Starbucks. Other than the seating limitations, the easy accessibility of this Starbucks certainly makes it a desirable coffee option in the 680 corridor.

This Starbucks was just off the freeway on my way from San Jose to Sacramento. I stopped for a Protein pack and a Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino. I walked in and there was one person in line in front of me. It didnt take long to place my drink order and pay. After paying, I thought about it and it seemed a bit expensive. Little did I know that I was charged for a Venti when I ordered a Grande. This wouldnt have been such a problem if I got a Venti size drink. Instead, I got a Grande. I asked about it, and the cashier didnt apologize, just said«Well, I’m in training. What do you want me to do?» UHH, I DONTKNOW? GIVEME A BIGGERDRINK? My fiancé is anti-confrontational, so he made me leave before I made a scene. But really, if you made a mistake, JUSTSAYSORRYANDFIXIT. Normally after this type of experience I’d give one star, however, I really liked how clean the location was, and how much seating they have. It was ridiculous! I wish locations closer to me had that much seating. It would make life so much easier.

Who knew there was a Starbucks tucked away just off the 680 on the Sycamore Valley Road exit? Apparently everybody but me because this place is PACKED with people about 9:30 on a Monday morning. Just walking up to the entrance you can already tell something is different because there is more outdoor seating than I have ever seen at another Starbucks. Not only are there several tables out in front, but there are also tables all down one long wall of the building where you can sit and enjoy your expresso drinks in the great outdoors and still look through the floor to ceiling windows to be part of what’s going on indoors. This interior of this Starbucks feels very open and spacious with beautiful wooden floors and plenty of seating including a long heavy wooden table that looks like a work of art that seats eight to ten and a seating area with comfortable chairs. There are ample electrical outlets to recharge your electronic devices and, of course, the free wifi that Starbucks in known for. I’m visiting the Bay Area and enjoying the amazing variety of baked treats from La Boulange that the local Starbucks feature prominently. Mom and I just had to split one of their warmed chocolate croissants which was both creamy and flaky. I ordered my venti skinny hazelnut latte which is becoming my standard Starbucks order. The line was long, but they kept it moving along pretty quickly and made sure we got our baked goods quickly so that we had something to nosh on while waiting for the barristas to prepare our drinks. Definitely legendary service at this location. insiders tip — if you’re going to be visiting Starbucks more than once or twice you’ll want to join their free rewards program where for every 12 items you purchase you get a free item. Your insider tip of the day is to have them ring up items separately every time you purchase multiple items so that you get all your points and earn free rewards earlier. At the rate I’ve been visiting Starbucks lately, I think I’ve earned a free item just over the last week and a half.

This location was originally a ‘chocolate cafè’ called: «Bittersweet» which focused a little bit more on chocolate than coffee. But when it closed down, it was kind of obvious that they were gonna open a Starbucks. I was not disappointed ;) This Starbucks is basically like a coffee shop in your living room. Instead of tables like a normal coffee shop, it has couches. It gives the place a more feel-at-home interior. Another great thing-This place is in walking distance(about 5 minutes) from my house. Summer days I’ll come for a Mocha Cookie Crumble. Winter days I’ll come for a Hot Chocolate. Staff aren’t super friendly but they aren’t rude either. Great for people on the trail, coffee-seaking-peeps, and a good coffee fix for people who just got a good workout next door at The Studio.

Been here more than my check-ins, it’s clean and the staff very friendly. Usually you don’t have to wait too long being most people haven’t discovered it’s location. Though one afternoon I went by to get my favorite go to drink at the moment of green tea/lemonade and they were out of lemonade. Ugh… fail, I got a latte and they were very nice and charged me the cheaper price of the ice tea. But it was 2 pm in the afternoon, and they were out of lemonade? Meh… Okay, I’ll still go because I use the vet’s office nearby, or just happen to be in the vicinity and usually get a Starbuck’s urge as some point throughout the day. I do like the spaciousness of this location and that th
