I needed 16 gifts as a thank you. The guys at Niquea.D. in Danville could not have bee more helpful. They respected my budget. When they offered to wrap each gift they helped me pick out, I never expected the wrapping to be so exquisite! When I handed the gifts out, there were audible oohs and ahs. I am still receiving compliments from the very pleased recipients — many of whom mentioned the elegant presentation. This was a stellar customer service experience and I am most grateful.

I came to know about this store because it was highly recommended by my co-​worker who lives in the area. I was hesitant at first since it may be a biased recommendation but I decided to give it a try.
I was looking for a crystal necklace for a gift and so before visiting this store, I went and checked the website. It seemed legit with nice jewelry designs so I went ahead and called its flagship store in Danville to check if they have the necklace I saw in the website.
I spoke to the manager whose name is Edwin and I knew they were busy (I could hear all sorts of people in the background) but he took his time to check and double check his inventory but sadly, the necklace I chose wasn’t available. He then checked their New York stores and found it. He advised that he can order it from their NY branch and have it shipped over so I can save on shipping charges so obviously I agreed. My concern though was that they had a 30% discount for that week so I asked if the necklace was going to come in within the «sale» timeframe but Edwin said not to worry because he could still apply the discount knowing that their shipping would take longer.
A week passed by and I got a follow up call from Edwin himself informing me of the shipping status of the merchandise. And also he recommended another necklace that was similar in style and budget of the one I chose just to expand my options.
When I came to pick it up, Edwin was there to greet me. The store looked classy but still cozy and Edwin’s friendly and warm conversations just really sealed the deal for me! I ended up buying the one that he actually recommended and he boxed/​wrapped it up very nicely knowing it’s for a Christmas gift.
I cannot say enough that the businesses which I frequently visit with great endearment are local. This store exemplifies the WHYs — you get people who care; products which are top-​notch; comfortable «family» ambience inside the establishment and unparalleled professionalism!
Guys, if you need that special gift for your wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, etc. Go to this store, ask for Edwin and he’ll hook you up with the best deals.

I love this store! I secretly wish I had the life that would require many many purchases here! I cannot say enough about Edwin! My last visit I was waiting for my husband who was at the dentist and I thought I would just pop in. An hour later of great conversation, oohing and ahhing over the many beautiful pieces of jewelry and exquisite hand bags I walked out with a beautiful white and yellow tote. Shopping here is an experience. When you walk in you are offered a drink and cookies. There is always someone to help you without you feeling pressured. I cannot wait to go back!

The customer service provided by the salesman was amazing! You are greeted the second you walk into the doors and are offered macaroons and champagne/​sparkling water. Gotta love the French ambience upon entering the store. The selection of items is amazing, reasonably priced for such great quality. All in all a must visit when in Danville!

I love this store-​The jewelry is beautiful-​The reason for the OK score was the salesman– He was so nice and gave me the backstory to the earrings I bought. He said a french women in New York designed them, they’re exclusive, hard to find. I liked that story BUT then I saw them on their website-​the website said Indian inspired-​been in stock for a long time. I felt like he was patronizing me. If I’m going to buy something– I don’t want to hear some lie about what I’m buying– I really didn’t need a story at all.
Even though I love the jewelry-​not sure I’ll go back.

I just got the most wonderful gift bag from Zackry Cooper, Commerce Mortgage from this store. The scarf is Silk and unbelievaable!!! I cannot wait to wear my «dragonflies» out with me on a nice evening this summer!

FUN, FUN, FUN, FUN! Did you ever feel like you fell through the rabbit hole? Well I did! And I loved it! This store is a Wonderland of beautiful delights from candies, clothing, glassware and unique coffee table books. Great place for gifts and browsing with friends. My husband and I had an hour to kill so we wandered in. We were promptly greeted and offered sweets and Champagne. While I declined, I still enjoyed my time meandering and experiencing the owner’s vision. This store is filled with rich popping colors, beautiful textures and whimsy. I hope they are here to stay, I think the store is great additon to the town.
