I was contacted by the owner of At Home Décor who apologized for the failure to follow up on my order and she was sincere in her apology so apology accepted. It was one of those things that «fell through the crack» situations and that I understand. They have such beautiful things in the store and the thought of not feeling comfortable in there any longer was upsetting.
All is good, stop in the store it’s awesome

I like to support local businesses whenever I can. But I also believe that all businesses need to earn loyal customers. I had been in the position to give their company thousands of dollars in business. But when I inquired about pricing on TWO separate occasions I was told to leave my contact info and they would get back to me. Never did. Maybe they were busy, maybe I wasn’t dressed nicely enough, but regardless I should have heard from them on at least one of those two occasions. If they give terrific service I will never directly witness it because I’m not going back.

Kerri and her staff are great to work with, friendly, courteous and all the design help anyone could need. From simple consultation to complex design idea’s… you just can’t miss.

Do not do business with this company! they promise things and do not follow through. Then they don’t even compensate you for it. I am shocked with the customer service. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone one of my customers.

I very much enjoyed working with Kerri at her store. She was very personable, friendly, and got the job done. I came to her for drapery and upholstery advice and help and I am very happy with the result. She also has really nice furniture and home décor in her store. If you want someone with 25 years of experience under their belt, Kerri is your best bet!
