Fast service, reasonable prices, tasty. I got a mini turkey sub with cheese, was perfect size. My daughter got a regular size with the works and could not finish it. My kids love this place. I skip all the oil and vinegar because I don’t like soggy bread but my kids love the ‘works’.

I ate here today for the first time. I ordered the club sub and I do have to admit that I was worried about the way they drenched my sandwich with oil and vinegar but OMG it was so delicious!!! You do have to eat it right away or the bread gets soggy but it was really good. I will definitely be eating here again.

Such great food. My favorite is the 9 mikes way. I love how friendly matt and lauren are, they put a smile on my face every time I walk in. Keep it up guys.

So, let me start by saying they’re sandwiches are decent. The reason why I’m giving a poor review is that they only put ONE strip of bacon in my sandwich. When a sandwich claims to have bacon there should be at least two strips of bacon. Seriously, ONE strip of bacon? I feel like this business tries to nickel and dime you at every aspect. Their sandwiches are on the pricier side so instead of overloading your sandwiches with lettuce, consider adding more bacon. Also, what’s up with your soda machine. Why are all the soda’s flat?

We have only just started going here because we just can’t stand the plastic taste of subway anymore, and both times we have been to Jersey Mikes Danville we have been highly satisfied! My teenage kids love the variety on the menu, it always tastes soooo fresh and yummy and staff are absolutely gorgeous! They are so polite and funny and it’s just really nice to go there! The other amazing thing about Jersey mikes is that they have online ordering where you can set a time for pickup, and pay online!(which is bad for me cause now I’ll have to go there everyday to get my teenagers lunch! Hahaha) Thankyou Jersey Mikes! From the Aussies!

Ugh… I had the BBQ beef and it was a hot mess. When I opened it the beef was mushy and spilling out. The cheese was not melted. And the bread was lifeless. The only saving graces were the tenderness of the meat and the friendliness of the staff.

Friendly staff and good sandwiches! Came here yesterday and the guys that were working at the time were really friendly and helpful since it was my first visit after all. I went with the mini club and chips, cost me about 7 bucks. It was filling though! The bread was the best part! It was crunchy and soft at the same time. I hate when you take a bite out of a sandwich and it rips the top of the roof of your mouth! The vinaigrette that they add is a nice touch and elevates the flavor. And when you’re finished with your sandwich you can walk over to sweet treats and order the salted caramel gelato!

I had the Philly Cheese Steak. Surprised how quick it was given it was really hot. Pretty cramped quarters, not surprising that they got the orders mixed up.

This location is awesome, I always get the tuna and it’s surprisingly great«Mike’s way». A sandwich is a sandwich but this is a great location and the staff are the best part. All the guys there always make me laugh and provide great service!

There is only one sandwitch which I can order on their menu, which is the cheese sandwitch. But, it is real cheese, unlike what they give you at subway, and it is alot of it, more than what they give you at subway. Subway only gives you three little triangles of sora-kinda-cheese. After I have them put everything on it(which isn’t meat) I get a pretty big meal. When I pay my California prices of $ 15 a meal, I get enough food to feel satsified. Their big sandwitch is truly big. I will go here again sometime.

Born and raised in Philly! Glad this chain finally came out west! However, Danville chain skimps on meat. My Roast beef hoagie regularly is mostly lettuce. Please put some more meat on it. I suggest to owner, go to the Fairfield store. THAT is what it should be like! We would eat ore now if you didnt skimp!

Awesome chicken parm sandwich and excellent service. The bread alone makes for an amazing sand which. Highly recommend! Thank goodness for east coast flavors making their way out west.

Love their sandwiches. However, did not like the employee making mine, the entire time he was talking to someone else, therefore got my order wrong when I told him it was wrong he told me no he didn’t put spices on it and I asked for mustard. I saw him put spices on the sandwich and I never asked for mustard. If he wasn’t talking the entire time, than maybe he would have got my order correct. He did remake my sandwich, however forgot pickles and I had to remind him. It was horrible service. Something that should have taken one minute turned into ten. Wasting my time. Love their sandwiches but need to work on customer service skills.

It’s my first time here and I must say, the staff is excellent! Especially the lead woman! She seems to be the manager or someone with authority. She had amazing customer service: greeted all customers, genuinely seem interested in helping each customer, acknowledged the customers when they couldn’t be helped right away, helped customers even when they didn’t ask for help. And yes, she did ALL of this during my one short visit to Jersey Mike’s Sub. The sub I got was delicious but not necessarily worth another visit. But great customer service definitely convinced me otherwise and I will return in the future!

Overall I was pleased. My first time here and the staff was very nice. I ordered a #6-Roast Beef and Provolone. They asked if I wanted Mike Style which included the works: tomato, onion, oil, vinegar and oregano. They asked if it was first time here and I said yes so they let me choose what they call«a rookie cookie». That was a great marketing tool. Now to the sandwich. The bread/roll they used had somewhat of a cornmeal dusting. Much like the pizza at Zachary’s Pizza. They carve the meat right in front of you. The roast beef you could taste was very fresh but the sandwich overall I felt was kind of bland even with their Mike Style. I did have certain bites that had more flavor so maybe next time I will ask for more condiments. Not enough to stop me from coming back as I’m sure I will. Maybe my mouth was having an off day. Very helpful staff and fresh tasting food. I just have to work my way through the menu.

*Disclaimer* I visited Jersey Mike’s when I was absolutely starving… this could have had an affect on my taste buds and judgement. That said, it was DELICIOUS!!! I went for a #7 turkey — «JM style» with everything on it. Loved it! Way better than similar sandwiches from Togo’s and don’t even bring up Subway(yuck!) The dudes working there were friendly, quick and made a killer sandwich. I’ll definitely return — good stuff. I should note, I ate there and the oil and vinegar began to sog out the second half of my sandwich. Beware if you are taking it «to go»…it may not travel well. Jersey Mike’s may be the only thing I like about Jersey(def not those kooks from the stupid TV show Jersey Shore.) 4.27 stars

After reading multiple reviews I decided to share my similar experiences that other JM’s customer have had. Poor customer service. I called our order in over the phone only to have to wait in line for 20 minutes just to pay. So no point in calling in orders. We had 2 Italian’s. They were SOSOGGY. ABSOLUTELYDRENCHED in oil and vinegar. Many parts of the sandwich were inedible. I would suggest ALWAYS asking for O&V on the side. I added the sweet red pepper spread to my sandwich– not great. Eating this sandwich was like going through an obstacle course! Picking off the bad parts, re-adding the good, wiping up drippy oil and vinegar, picking out the chunks of seeds in the red pepper spread, re-positioning the good parts of bread with the meat– UGH. 2 stars are for good quality meat. I would give them another shot if they weren’t so expensive– $ 19 for 2 sandwiches.

I love that as you are ordering, they slice the deli meat for your sandwich! No more wondering how long ago the meat was sliced and then sitting around! And there was plenty of meat on the sandwich so I didn’t have to stress about them getting stingy like I do at other places. It was a good, solid sandwich and I’ll be back for sure!

If you want a cheap low-quality sandwich just go to Subway. The choices there are so much better. One extra star for very friendly service.
