Domino’s Pizza

Says open till one on Saturday, doors locked, people inside, open sign on, fat chick shaking head. 1 star.

They don’t honor expired coupons and more than DOUBLE the cost to deliver the pizza to you. OUCH

Domino’s. I used to HATE Domino’s pizza. I don’t know if they changed or I did, but several years ago I tried a Domino’s pizza again and found it really good. It is DIFFERENT from other pizzas in the same way McDonald’s hamburgers are different from hamburgers, but they are still good. PLUS, they often run specials so they are cheap AND they put more toppings on their pizzas than about any other pizza place I can think of. So, I like Domino’s pizzas. But this review is for THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION.
At one time, it was great. Then I had an issue where I was told I had to pay extra for salami because it was a «premium ingredient» (we are talking regular salami). I told the girl, who I had never seen there before that I had never had to pay extra for salami before… she told me that it had cost extra as long as she had been there. I paid, went home and sent a complaint email to Domino’s corporate that a STANDARD pizza topping like salami would now be considered a more expensive «premium ingredient».
I received a response from the manager of this location apologizing and letting me know that it had been a pricing error set up in their computer. In exchange for my trouble, he said he marked on my account that my next pizza would be free (of course, this was never done). Nonetheless, I continued to do business with this location until they stopped honoring Domino’s best STANDARD coupons, which they still don’t and I haven’t been back since.
I started going OUT OF MY WAY and giving my business to the Domino’s near Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon, because they still accepted all the coupons, but on my second visit their I was treated so poorly that I will NEVER go back… but that’s a story for another review.

Best pizza around for the price if you ask me. I come from a small town in Ohio, we had awesome pizza joints there. I have been hard pressed to find a good pizza in CA.

I’d usually give this place a bit of a higher rating, but this time I was disappointed. I ordered one of the $ 8.99 handmade pan pizzas. I had already paid online and I was in a rush so when I picked it up I just asked for ranch and left. When I got home, though, my friend opened up the box to find the cheese not melted all the way and the pizza was doughy! We had to cook the pizza all the way through in our oven! Just unnecessary and lazy. Cmon Dominos!

Great Pizza — and being able to order online was really easy… the Tracking tool was cool too! New recipe is great… if you haven’t had Domino’s in a while… give ‘em another chance.

Pizza is the usual. The new recipe is much better.
However, if you want pizza pepper, it will cost $ 1.50 extra. Absolutely ridiculous.

Online ordering and tracking is a huge help. I was able to order pizzas a day in advance, to be delivered to a movie theater. Pizzas arrived hot and on time.

Ordered delivery and when I opened the box the pizza pieces were scattered all over and stacked on top of one another! It was like the driver took the box and played Frisbee with it! Very disappointed!

For some reason, my daughter loves this. It’s definitely not the best pizza as there are plenty of other options available in the area, but it serves it’s purpose. Plus, they have a new gluten-​free option which is nice.

I came here for the $ 5.99 carryout special. I ordered my pizzas online and they were ready by the time I arrived at the Dominos. Dominos is located in the corner of the shopping center near the Leslie’s pool supplies and the bridal shop. The location is tiny, but easy to find and they are quick. My pizzas were good for 5.99.

4 stars for friendly and fast service.
.just moved to Danville, and was unpacking on Friday afternoon/​evening and obviously were in no shape or form to cook because everything was boxed up!
So went over to Dominos, and ordered a Hawaiian pizza… It was ready in 12 minutes (even on a Friday night … which I expected it to be busier).
Nonetheless, friendly folks and great service.
