I have tried dozens of dry cleaners. (Please see previous reviews). This place always does such a great job. Always on time and the prices are very reasonable. They really standout as a top performing business.

Had a coupon for 20% off at Hesperian Cleaners. Wanted to have my leather jacket cleaned so I CALLED AHEAD and spoke with Yvonne to get a quote on leather jackets. I took the jacket in a few days later and met Yvonne but she would NOT honor the coupon! What?! I explained that I had called ahead to talk to her about it and about her coupon, but she just shook her head and said she couldn’t honor it.
I said, «but I took the time to call you about it, talk to you about it, and drive over here, and now you’re telling me that you won’t honor your own coupon?»
Worst customer service EVER!
Total waste of my valuable time.

Perfectly fine service. Done in the time they stated (several days). These were items I didn’t need right away so it all worked out.
Prices seemed very reasonable at the time and especially so after I took my second batch of dry cleaning clothes to Alamo Cleaners. I cannot compare them directly because I’m sure there were slightly different items in each batch.
Since this one is right on my way to and from work, it wins out due to location. Looks like it may be a winner in the price department as well.
