Love it! My hair was dead, all dry and damaged. I came here and Ann was very professional, she showed me and explained me every product she used in my hair. Now it feels alive, beautiful, shine and smooth.
Definitely I’ll come back again.

I have known Ann for a couple of years and there hasnt been a time where I didnt love what she did. One time someone else messed up my cut and when Ann found out how unhappy I was, she cut my hair free of charge. She wouldnt let you leave the salon unless you loved your new look. I highly recommend Ann.

Ann has always given me cuts that I have been very pleased with. She has a God given gift of creating beautiful hairstyles even with my thinning hair.

Ann is the worst stylist ever. I had been a loyal customer for years but she will never touch my hair again. Every 8 weeks, I go in for my usual root touch up. Well, on Saturday she decided to change the formula and dye it grey without telling me! Not what I asked for AT ALL. She whispered «don’t freak out there’s a client here». TOTALLY unprofessional. Then she rushed me out as fast as she could and put some orange to to try to cover up the grey and didn’t even bother to rinse it out. So it’s orange, grey and white. I look like a calico cat! And it’s so damaged and my scalp is blistered and painful and there are scabs all over it because I had an allergic reaction to whatever she used. When I asked her for my money back she had the audacity to say «I know your short on cash, but I’ll fix it for you». Mind you Ann always triple books her clients and is 2 hours late to every appointment. I’m a nursing student and I am short on cash, but I always tip very generously. Who wouldn’t want their money back after such an awful job? THEN she accused me of lying about my scabs!!! Just so she wouldn’t need to give me my money back. She made getting a refund damn near impossible. When I came to get it she called me fat, said I needed lipo, threatened to harass my school and try to have me kicked out, and told me she’d make my life a living hell.

Ann completely fried my hair trying to dye it. Not bleach DYE. Also she was an hour late. Never again. Fair warning

Ann was able to take me in right before my graduation pictures, she was extremely friendly as well as professional. She took amazing care of my hair, deep conditioned it, and styled it. I can’t remember the last time my hair looked so luxurious and silky! She is definitely a must, I looked around to get the best price and the best service and I was able to find both with Ann! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely continue to have her not only dye my hair but cut it as well.

I came to Ann with a hot mess of head of hair. It was way to dark, highlights were uneven and cut was sub par. Ann took over my hair and now I have a beautiful lighter hair color and highlight as well as a superior cut. Ann listens to what you like, color matches and corrects beautifully and cuts with elegance and style. I love my hair now and will refer any of my colleges and family members to her. A bonus is she is stellar at up do’s, airbrush make-​up and yes extensions too. I recommend her highly ans she is the fashionista of hair!

I got a much needed haircut and highlights with Ann. I found her to be very nice and personable. She took the time to help me decide to go a little bold on my highlights. I loved the way it turned out and I feel so much better with this new change. Not only that… I think I made a new friend. I will be back for extensions in a few months!

Loved it, my co-​worker recommended Ann and she is by far the best hair stylist I’ve gone to. Had a small problem finding the place due to a GPS glitch so I was a little late to my appointment but Ann was very understanding about it! She did an amazing job on my hair I’ve been afraid to go anywhere else because they would always cut more off than I wanted and she did a great job. My hair feels alive again and she had no problem keeping my niece distracted and even did a small couple braids on her while she waited for me. She made my niece feel very comfortable right away and that made me even more comfortable as a client. It was super easy for me to get a hold of her I called at 2 and had an appointment for 5. Thanks Ann! I definitely plan to see her again.

Ann was a NO SHOW to my confirmed hair appointment. I waited for more than half an hour, leaving her multiple voicemails and texts. She has my number to text or call me; there is absolutely no excuse as to why you do not show up for your own clientele. Such a frustrating experience as I cleared out my own schedule of clients to finally get an appointment with her and then she doesn’t even show up. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional, unacceptable. This is a horrible reflection of Adora Bella Salon.

I just purchased a Groupon for a haircut and hair color from Ann. I had purchased the same Groupon about 10 months ago, and remember her saying that the Groupon coupon for some reason didnt work for her. I was getting the run around, however I ended up paying with it to her dismay, however felt very dissatisfied with the service. My daughter was happy with her work, however that’s not a way to treat a customer. –going back to me just purchasing the Groupon today, I thought maybe I’d give her another chance and try again. I called 5 times and got a voicemail, but it stops and doesn’t allow for a message to be left. The last time I called, the voicemail says the box is full. — Again! Another run around! I can understand if she is so busy that she doesn’t have time to clean out her messages, but unfortunately, if you are in business & are depending on customers to call to made appointments, we need to be able to reach you– at least to leave a message. Horrible customer service. Too much competition out there to deal with this type of service. I cancelled my deal and will gladly await my Groupon refund. Word of advise, maybe get an assistant to take messages for you or answering service. Not sure what you need to do, but not being able to reach a place of business is the worst, especially during business hours. I simply wanted to, in the least, leave a message.

Color corrected my hair from a terrible experience at Paul Mitchell. Turned my hair from Orange to a beautiful blonde with highlights, and did a shoulder length layered hair cut.
All that and she has the most outgoing personality! Would recommend for anyone! I’ve been to upscale salons that cost $ 200 for highlights like DiPietro Todd but she was friendlier and did better work for a fraction of the price. Love u Ann!

Ann is fantastic! I wasn’t sure as to what I wanted but she helped me decide.
Later that day I then realized the colour was too light and she let me come in to get it darker. I’m definitely seeing her again!

I highly recommend going to Ann for your hair. I got my hair cut from her and LOVED how my layers turned out. She was very helpful in helping me decide how I wanted to get my hair done. I got a haircut and deep conditioning from Ann on 11÷20÷14. I read a couple of the negative reviews about people going to her with a Groupon prior to going so I was a bit worried, but my experience was GOOD! I told her that I wanted a a haircut that was a combination of two hairstyles. She listened and looked at the pictures I showed her a couple times. After the cut, she asked if everything was to ok… I like my bangs slightly shorter, so I told her and she got it done. I was definitely satisfied. The style was exactly what I wanted! The deep conditioning was similar to what I got from other salons without a Groupon. Thanks Ann for a cute haircut!~:)

I highly recommend going to Ann. I have been going to Her for about 6 months now. She is sweet and friendly I am always happy with the way my hair turns out. She does beautiful highlights and haircuts, I get so many compliments. Honestly she is faster and less expensive than other hairdressers I have gone to.

I finally found a great hair dresser who I can trust with my hair. Ann is kind and sweet and very accommodating. I am happy with my color and cut.

I had been looking around for someone to do highlights in my hair and I looked on groupon found One for Hair By Ann, it was a hair cut, deep treatment, and full highlights for $ 79! I looked at her reviews and heard nothing but great stuff! I just went to her 3÷24÷14, she did such an amazing job on my hair I left speechless and happy! She did it in a great timely manner! Usually I don’t trust anyone new doing my hair… but I recommend Ann! I am for sure going back to Ann when I need my touch up! She understood what I wanted to do with my hair unlike most hair dressers, she helped me pick out a blonde for my hair since there were multiple to choose from, the outcome of my hair was amazing! It looks great while outside and it fits my face well! She also does brazillan blowouts I have naturally curly and wavy hair she asked me if I wanted to do it, I said sure it never hurts to try something new! The way my hair looks now I love it! It’s not like a wild lion when I wake up or shower! So again I recommend Ann, she is a great hairstylist, does amazing, and is great at what she does! I plan on keeping Ann as a hairstylist! I will never go to any other hairstylist!
