Unorganized, unprofessional, lacks general knowledge of finance and law…
She misplaces important financial and other information, thereby asking for documents again, and then bills again. She gets confused and angry at her client, because she cannot handle or understand the information. She should not be allowed to practice and she puts the party she is representing through hell by calling and then hanging up (like a child would).

Avoid her. She overcharges and has a bad demeanor.
