The sales staff and show room are excellent. Once it comes to install we had allot of problems. The windows failed inspection and crews had to come back for 2 extra days to do repairs.
Once the job was done I noticed broken glass and tap con screws all over my yard. (it would have been nice to know with a toddler) Also 2 scratched windows. I called to see if we could get the scratches repaired and was quickly given a run around and no resolution.

In 2009 we purchased a property in LBTS. The property was totally renovated from head to toe including Impact windows and doors. I am from the NE USA and was not familiar with the product. Thank you Dave M. for helping me out and recommending the proper product. We have no problems to date. Special thanks to your staff today, Janelle, Insurance company needed more verification and she supplied me with it in a few moments. Hooray for a good product and customer service.

We called them based on someones recommendation and for the most part they did not disappoint. Our saleswoman was amazing! Admittedly we had a few bumps in beginning but thanks to Janelle everything was taken care of we even got a call from David the owner to reassure us. I would recommend them with only one warning ask about the fees! Even with that said the install went really well the guys were amazing, fast and professional the entire time.

If you want hurricane impact windows, look no further. Broward Impact windows is wonderful. I approached a few window companies and asked for quotes. These guys called us the same day and moved quickly on getting us a quote. The rep that we dealt with was Jason and he was so helpful. The whole process was flawless. Everyone who works for this company is professional. My husband was here as they were installing the windows and they worked so efficiently, he said it was impressive. So if you’re thinking of looking for a window company, just do yourself a favor and go with them. I approve this message.
