These people are terrible! Worst customer service. Can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. They BROKE my light fixture beginning of March and I can’t get anyone to come out here and replace it. I will never use them again and neither should anyone else!

DO NOT HIRE — KEPT MY DEPOSIT AFTER THEY CAUSED DAMAGE — UNPROFESSIONAL– TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST company for customer service, reliability and dependability. They also kept my deposit after the following events:
1st visit: Tech came out to measure and stated he can replace the window if I pay him, although the offices stated not ideal to do it at the time due to rain.
2nd visit: Scheduled and NO SHOW
3rd visit: Tech named ‘LARRY’ came over installed the glass. BROKE the glass.
4th visit: NO SHOW even verbally telling them I was traveling and my son (20 yrs old) would be at home to let them in. Claimed they did not get a response morning of service. The issue here is I told them and committed someone will be there. The number they leave is the office number so even when trying to confirm the morning of… NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE.
LASTLY…THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS MADE SOME DEROGATORY REMARKS OF WHICH ‘LARRY’ FELT HE NEEDED TO REPEAT TO ME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON BOTH THEIR PARTS.

The salesman came right away, explained the my options. No long boring presentation or hard sell. They had the best price for what I wanted. They handled the city permit, I just had to sign it and get it notarized. THe workers came on time and kept vacuuming the debris. THey caulked all around. One small problem is a chip in the brick window sill. I paid half up front, ¼ when they finished, ¼ when it passed inspection. That’s fair.

My experience with Sawgrass Windows was not a great one. I found their work to be sub-​standard. They made a mess in my condo, tracking glue onto my wood floors, they put big holes in the walls with the materials they were using and caused other damage as well. When they finished the initial install, I walked around with the «technician» pointing out the areas that needed correcting, and there were plenty, he actually became hostile with me. Their work is just generally sloppy. They may be a little cheaper than others but I say look elsewhere.

Very slow and inattentive to my needs and requests. Virtually destroyed my condo with dust. Windows left open without window covering for hours. Made little effort to keep place clean, protect my furnishings. Took months and professional cleaning to recover. Installation of product was marginal — typical work I’ve seen in many So Flo locations with little attention to detail. Manager never came out to review work as I requested, I was the primary inspector to make sure they really did the work well. Manager accepted word of employees who clearly lied about the work they did — never cleaned windows as requested time after time.
