Starbucks

Bad service they forgot my order. I was waiting for 10 min to get my order. They were not busy at all when I came in. I had to ask to see if she had my order there!

Love the convenience of this location but not a huge fan of how they make the drinks in here.
Have been here ⁵⁄₆ times now for my usual dry cappuccino and it still comes out like a latte.
Not to mention, many of the times I ordered it «dry» the employees had no idea what I was talking about.

It’s Starbucks, which means it’s consistently decent. These guys are even friendlier than most Starbucks, so they get 4 stars from me.

Always been happy with the service here, staff are friendly and positive. Drink quality is great, and flavor is consistent. My wife and I come often to enjoy the common patio seating area and unique fire pit seating.
Only complaint is the smokers who blatantly ignore the «Smoke Free Patio» signage and absence of security presence to enforce it. I wish management would press the issue with the property owners. As a patron I don’t feel empowered to confront smokers, and as a non smoker with children I will just find another business to patronize.

Every time I come to this location they are understaffed and everybody’s running around trying to do their best, but it’s obvious that they need more employees. The staff that is currently there is very helpful and friendly, particularly Forouz and Kai. I’ll still go but wish they could get more employees for the morning shift

Going any other time than when school gets out and 8 or 8:30 am if you want to avoid long lines. The staff is really great about speeding things up and manages the busy times well.
I’m not as much of a fan of Starbucks as I used to be though. Too many hits and misses with bitter tasting drinks. :(
I did come in for a chai tea latte for old time sake and it was pretty darn good!

This is not my «Home» Starbucks but one I try and frequent while I am in the area. Great location with plenty of parking and nice outside seating space, complete with fire pit!
This review is more specifically for the stand-​in manager at this location, Scott. A few years ago Scott was a Barista at my home Starbucks. Scott’s customer service skills are awesome. He is genuine and sincere. Make sure to stop in and say, «Hi»!

Wow! Customer service was excellent. Walked in with my niece who had just smashed her hand in the car door. Sam (Starbucks employee) was so kind helping us get ice for her hand and band aids. I was blown away at his urgency to assist us.

Very poor quality of service I was left standing in front of the door for 10 minutes before someone has finally asked me for my drink

Honestly pretty disappointed with this Starbucks. I visit often and there are a couple of young workers that are pleasant, but for the most part workers seem cold, unfriendly and more focused on chatting with their coworkers than getting your drink out in a reasonable amount of time.
I visited the other morning, there were four or five workers and yet it took 10 minutes just to place my order. After that it took another 10 for them to acts finish it. All the while the workers were making jokes, chatting and making no effort to actually get the drinks out. Several other waiting, frustrated and annoyed customers were commenting on how long their drink was taking.
So disappointed in this place, not coming back to this location again.

I’ve got a list here of reasons they suck. This is info over the course of two visits. It gets progressively worse so bear with me.
Visit 1:
1. Ordered an Iced Green Tea Latte with soy milk. They didn’t shake the soy milk before making it, so it had specks of white chunks floating in it. Ew. Never had this problem at any other starbucks
2. Gave me the last Iced Lemon Loaf out of the display case and it was really hard and stale. Ew.
Visit 2:
1. Saw the kid in front of me (high school age) order a frappé, and an additional cup of venti ice water (its a suuuuuper hot day). The woman (her name is Pollyanne) tell him shes going to give him a grande cup because of the drought. She didn’t ask if it was okay to give them a smaller cup, she TOLD them
2. Barista snapped at me «your welcome» when I didnt immediately say «thank you» to him upon receiving my drink (i usually do say thank you, i was just double checking to make sure the drink was right since the mistake yesterday)
3. Upon talking to the «lead on duty» named Mary about that guy’s rudeness (i was talking calmly about it, and quietly), she interrupted me to say I was not allowed to use profanity in her store (i had calmly said that he was being «fucking rude»). Upon expressing my shock that her reaction to my poor treatment was to tell me what I can and cannot say, she continued telling me that I’m not allowed to use that word there. I got up and left at that point and upon finishing this review, I am calling Starbucks’s customer service number.

I come here once a month when I drop off my dog at the groomers. The staff is friendly and it’s nice and clean. Ever since they finished working on the outside, there’s a nice seating area outside.

Love this place! Great customer service, they always know my drink when I come in.

A great little Starbucks! Awesome outdoor area, it even has a fire pit! The staff here are super friendly and always have a smile and some good humor for each customer. I’d consider myself a semi regular here and always enjoy coming back.

They charge full price for a refill.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this particular Starbucks and was very displeased with my most recent visit.
Let’s start by saying they just renovated the shopping center and the new look is very nice. They have a very inviting outside seating area so that’s the only plus side here.
They must have changed the staff when they renovated because I did not see 1 familiar face behind the bar as I normally would at this Starbucks and this new staff just ain’t cuttin’ it. All the table were dirty with crumbs and coffee slips as were parts of the floor under this tables as well — I get it your busy but there’s enough staff behind the counter that after a big rush SOMEONE needs to go wipe down tables before another rush of customers sweeps in and needs a place to sit.
On top of the dirty tables they got one of my drinks wrong… Really? Asked for a Green Tea Lemonade barista gave me just a lemonade. I noticed the color of the drink was not what it normally is so before I grabbed it I clarified that it was a GTL the barista says «oh that’s just a lemonade» A. I didn’t realized people ordered just lemonade B. I just ordered right in front of you and contemplated between green and passion tea before letting you know I’ve decided upon green. Then she goes «I only charged you for lemonade» — mind you I ordered only 2 drinks, 1 grande coffee and the other this tea and my total was $ 7 — so I was a little put back by this response. Isn’t there motto ‘if your drink is wrong we’ll gladly make it right’? You can tell I was a little P.O.ed by this response. So she proceeds to fix my drink when I ask her «do you need to charge me anymore?» AND SHE IGNORES ME! I repeat my self 3 times until finally I’m shouting at this woman and she turns to me and says «no». So, if you don’t need to charge me anymore than what was the point of your earlier comment about only charging me for lemonade? After all that, the drink tasted half-​assed. All tea, barely lemonade, ugh.
One last thing, what’s the point of asking for my name and writing it on the cup if your not going to call the name written once finished making the drink ??? «Grande iced coffee with soy and vanilla». Um, okay.

I meant this for the starbucks in Dana Point ON PCH, sorry!

Out of all the starbucks I’ve been to this one never seems to mess up any of my drinks :) also they always seem to make it perfect while others tend to slack on a certain part of the drink, they seem to always seem to get it perfectly :)

I love this Starbucks! They have never gotten my order wrong! I love the staff very friendly and love to talk with their guest and they always have a smile in there faces! So glad that I live close by!!!

The customer service here SUCKS. The redhead male barista is a sourpuss and needs a new job. What a crappy attitude.
