Yeah, upset enough to log on to my account just to write this review. AGAIN, they messed my order up and again I think to myself «why do I keep coming back?». Guess I’m the fool every time for not always checking to see all the items are in the bag.
Today in particular though, we ordered a dozen cookies, Tenders and Wedges for 2, a $ 20 family bucket, and a crunchwrap. No cookies, no wedges. There were no cars in front or behind me and from the window, it appeared no one was inside ordering either. So apparently the whole freakin staff wasn’t enough to get this apparently complex order done correctly.
Note to self: I am an idiot for coming here again. I need to take the extra 5 minutes to go to a taqueria or at least go across the street to McDonalds who never get my order wrong.
Wackest…drive thru… on…Earth

Is it that hard to Listen and punch an order in? And when you point their mistakes out, you get that lovely rude attitude. I hate coming here.

This is one of only 2 fast food/​drive-​thru restaurants in my area, so I’ve tried it several times over the last year — today was my final visit. This location is consistenly filthy: food scraps and trash on the floors in the dining area, incredibly sticky floors and table tops. The drive-​thru is poorly run and can take up to 15 mins just to get to the board to order. The staff is clueless and the manager lacks any understanding of customer service (called her staff stupid in front of customers and made me and 3 other customers wait 10 mins while she taught an employee how to count and log the money drawer). Lastly, the quality of the food and accuracy of the orders is sub-​par.
The corporate offices need to intervene at this franchise or shut it down. Additionally, I think the City needs to make a surprise visit to check for any health violations.
Save your money, your patience, and possibly your health by going elsewhere.

Dirty nasty restaurant, out of a bunch of items, slow line too lazy to make anything for Taco Bell, they’re all about the kfc here, gross.

Went here few times got weird stare before from cashier today was worse, there was a boy looking other way when I tried to get his attention to take my order as if he doesn’t want to help me, stop coming here.
Note to self: Stop going places near where I live for convince, go far away places for greater services that fit my needs don’t be lazy just do it.

Came here in the evening after attending the cannabis cup by high times at the cow palace. The place was packed and the line was long. They continually messed up orders while I waited 15 minutes for one taco. The people working where quite rude and where drowning instead of attempting to get back on track. Imagine a slow slow slow Taco Bell full of really high people. All of our highs were killed simultaneously.
I am sad now here with my delicious taco.

Rolled through here with some wrestling homies on the way to a show this past Friday night around 6pm, and the guy working the drive through was so polite, professional, and helpful that I thought I should write my first ever Taco Bell Unilocal review.
My order was custom items and everything was perfect.

This place is ghetto as hell but I guess you can’t choose your customers. The service isn’t bad. I suggest you just use the drive-​thru.

If you come to taco bell you know what quality of food to expect. That aside, the true variable is the service. We came here and they were really nice to us. They accommodated both vegetarians. They were patient with us as we counted our cash in front of them. Service 5 stars

Second time I’m writing a review. I’m not sure if they deleted my first from the last time but here’s another.
Went to the drive through with my little bro. Ordered box of wedges, 3 cheesy gordita crunch, 4 empanadas, and 3 PC. Tenders.
Had to wait 5mins for the wedges.(pulled over to the side)
Went home realized they forgot my tenders (which was for my son) went back and she had a confused face on her look like hello I was just here!
Took a few bites off my gordita crunch and It was so dry they forgot the Baja sauce and my bros also took a bite of theirs and it was also dry. you should never forget about the baja sauce!
Furious to even go back so I slathered it wit a lot of hot sauce which I had some from last time cause she also forgot got sauce and ketchup after asking twice.
Was she high or something cause I swear she was confused.
Geneva Taco Bell /​kfc you really need to step it up with all the bad reviews seems like y’all will be getting replaced sooner than you know it.
I know how it’s not hard to take orders and pack etc cause I work at a taco bell /​kfc years ago as a second job along with a full time job and full time student. So don’t say it’s hard cause it’s really not.

There is so much shame involved with going to a KFC/​Taco Bell. It’s, like, «This is why the world hates the United States.»
That being said, occasionally you want to eat like a stoner/​lazy American. So, there is the KFC/​Taco Bell on Geneva for satisfying all your shameful eating habits.
Warning: They mess up 100% of orders and never give you napkins or sauce but you will receive 97,456 sporks.
THIS TACO BELL TASTES LIKE SHAME.

I would give this place 3 stars but up until recently, their employees have been just sloppy. I can honestly say now that I won’t be back to THIS Taco Bell KFC. They always forget an order, mess up an order or just drop stuff through the drive through window. Better hire some new employees because of a lot of us aren’t happy, just saying.

Worst Taco Bell ever. The people are nice enough, but the management is clearly horrific. Super slow items, wrong items, inconsistent preparation, blech blech blech.
I don’t normally write a review of a fast food place, but the Taco Bell mothership needs to know they have a rogue crap stand here. Fix it.

Worst service ever. I come here all the time (b/​c I’m hungry and lazy). They are the closest to my house and have a drive thru. Many times I have been there and they have 1) forgotten to give me hot sauce, even though I asked multiple times and 2) ask me to pull over to the side b/​c they can’t finish my order on time. I have dismissed this and figured, it’s close, it’s cheap and you pay for what you get.
However, the camel’s back is broken! On Wednesday night, after a long work day, I went to the drive thru and ordered a Mexican Pizza meal. I asked three times for hot sauce. When I got my food, there was no hot sauce in the bag. The smart ass drive thru worker gave a WHOLE BAG full of hot sauce when I asked again.
BUT THE WORST PART? When I got home to eat the Mexican Pizza, I saw that they had just put TWO f*cking tacos back to back, plopped beans, cheese and tomatoes on top and just called it a day. TWO TACOS BACK TO BACK IS NOT A MEXICAN PIZZA. If I wanted two f*cking tacos, I would have spent the 3 bucks to get them but a Mexican Pizza meal is like 8 dollars. That’s not a lot but come the f*ck on! BEYOND GHETTO, dude.

This place sucks, pretty sure the person helping me was high. They forgot to wrap my crunchwrap so it was just a bag of ingredients, they charged me for a cool ranch taco but forgot to give it to me and the 5 layer burrito they geve me was 3x the size of a normal 5 layer burrito.
Pathetic, come on man, it’s so hard to mess up Taco Bell… how did this happen?

The cashier called me «Ma’am» then said «‘sorry», but it’s okay I don’t expect much from younger workers. Service was fast, food was as expected and cheap, because I used a coupon!
Overall, everything went as expected, no issues at all. The chicken was juicy, bread alright.

Only drive thru taco bell I know in the area which is so convenient especially when I wanna get a midnight snack. Other than that, it’s like any other taco bell.

Okay, the people working here have been extremely nice every time I’ve been here. That is their only redeeming quality.
Today’s experience was especially bad. Went through their drive thru as usual.
–They had items on the menu that weren’t available anymore.
— They asked what kind of sauce we wanted, we said we wanted a lot of mild sauce, ended up with no sauce at all.
— Wanted their mango frutista freeze, they only had strawberry left.
— Shrimp taco did not come with the avocado ranch as advertised.
— Then I found a piece of wood or something in my freaking taco!
They have also forgotten our soda once and God knows what other mistakes that I can’t remember. The prices are also higher here. I have only gone for the drive-​thru. I think I once waited in my car as my friend went inside and ordered. I will now be avoiding this place at all costs.
