Well free breakfast tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. check the Madonna nearby and see if their offering free breakfast. It litte wind an Cold but still nice. so injoy your evening

Have been going to this McDonald’s for over seven years! Mostly go through the drive-​through. I’ve always had pleasant service. Have always got my complete order. Satisfied with the complete McDonald’s drive-​through experience!!!

Went to this place few times before since was close to where I live, love their food/​drinks, had the same experience many times they either get my order wrong, forget to give me correct food/​drink, doesn’t hear or understand what am saying even though made myself very clear plus point to the picture employees still got it incorrect, once in while was correct but most of the time no. With the clueless service, once in a while still come here because where I live seem best place to go out grab quick bit.

I remember when parfaits first came out in the late ninties and they were advertising a healthier meal plan
I was going to city college at the time and me and another female classmate walked here and i remember we both bought one
And that one was really big
The one i bought here was the same size as a yogurt yoplait (really small) but really good.

Your standard mcdonalds — the location though makes it worth a visit being right next to Cow Palace. If you’re not looking to spend $ 15+ on a mediocre burger and fries at the venue space then your best bet is this mcdonald and some other fast food chains right down the street.
I might’ve went on a good day cause the staff was pretty friendly (might not be the norm as from other reviewers lol) Plenty of seating — I believe they have a 2^nd floor and they have a private parking lot if you’re driving there. The value menu is not great — smaller selection and higher prices. They did get 1 of our orders wrong so it seems to be a trend at this branch.
But regardless it’s still cheaper and better than venue food

I got and «upgrade» CHARGE for a white hot chocolate but instead got coffee! AND this was NOT for me it was for my 3.5yr old son! I should’ve double checked it for I had so many order mistakes from here it never fails for me to have my order correct! SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS for you hire horrible workers that don’t care about costumer service. another McDonald’s on bayshore in sf gave my friend an EGG just an egg when she ordered 4 Pc. Mcnuggets. Like are you kidding me?

It’s been over a few months and the price of this place still doesn’t seem right. Compare to the McDonald’s around town it has the highest. $ 2.19 for a single McChicken? $ 8.49 for 20 pcs nuggets? Over 8 dollar a meal which you can get for 5 bucks from other location? What’s wrong with this place?

Danger! robbed in broad daylight at a table here!!!
I have a friend of mine who stopped here to eat on Friday, December 5^th 2014 at 3:00 pm. He is an older gentleman who has an advanced case of arthritis and is not quite as nibble as he once was. He also prefers to eat at a table, not in his car.
As he sat down to eat his Big Mac and fries, a man came up to the table he was seated at and literally snatched the sandwich and fries right out of his hands… and ran out the door causing him great distress and leaving other diners to scream!
When he went to complain about what happened, the staff at first denied noticing and then finally offered to just replace his sandwich. I think this unbelievable!!! They should have at least comped his meal and done more to comfort him.
I know McDonald’s targets a younger audience, but many seniors eat there as well… and most franchise owners take extra steps to ensure the comfort and security of its dinners… Especially the elderly. I guess not here.
Stay way from this McDonalds… Especially if you plan to eat inside… Maybe next time they will take more than your Big Mac :(

Went here because I thought I can get some cheap eats. I thought McDonald’s has a dollar menu, I guess its not here. It cost 2.19 for a Mc Double while else where cost around 1.00 –1.39. Really false advertisement. Someone mention that the prices went up 1.00 or more for this location due to the management.

Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot cause I travel twice a month. Employees were yelling at each other, lines were not being attended to, EVERY customers order was coming out wrong. This place is just terrible… stay away!

Bad service! Every time I order an iced caramel mocha they always give me iced coffee! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too.

I didn’t know McDonalds’ service became so bad nowadays… this was the second time I encountered bad service in a row at 2 different McD. I was ordering something and I don’t feel like drinking anything else for breakfast so I want a cup of hot water, she gave me a weird face and then said «hm… I might charge you for the hot water!» I said go ahead, after than I took my order and examine the receipt I found that I got charged for an orange juice, $ 3! But I didn’t order an orange juice, I talked to the counter and ask why, this was someone else picking the order because the woman who changed me is doing cashier. So I ask the order picker and she said «That’s what she charged you for the hot water.» Yeah right, she doesn’t seem surprised for a hot water that’s $ 3 and she just walked away, normally other McD will charged $.25 for the cup which sound fair. I was in super hurry to work so I didnt’t have time to deal with them. Avoid this McD at all cost or to me, I have been avoiding McD for a while unless I don’t have a choice, after last and this time, they gave me confident to avoid all McD from now on even I don’t have a choice. Thanks McD. I used to only love McD but now… Goodbye!

They should have ZERO stars! SLOWEST ever!!! I could have had a full breakfast someplace decent for the time I spent in line at the drive-​in. Ridiculous!

One star is being generous. Fries are cold and alternate between being hot and cold, and when fries are cold they are super limp. Heating them up makes them taste worse. The food is sloppy. More expensive to get a combo here than at other Daly City locations. Closes before the posted sign. Out of service ice cream machine. Some of the staff have great personalities. For the price and quality tho, you can do better.

Closes at 1AM??? SURE! It was closed at 12:45, Not cool man. I was in the drive thru line for 15 min! They said systems were down. Really how convenient so the system was down 15 min before closing. So my fiancé drives up and NOBODY WAS EVEN INSIDE AT THAT POINT EVERYTHING LOOKED CLOSED!!! When you have the late night munchies and just want some food. This place sucks! Stay away late night! Booooooo!!! Never again stick to Guadalajara!

ok, to start this off, I have not been to a fast food restaurant for months now due to dieting and what not… I lost 12 lbs in a month! but I was super craving nuggets and sweet tea from mc donalds. I specifically came to this one because there is a dollar tree next door. and I didn’t want to waste gas. yes, im cheap. lol!
but anyways, when I came in here, I stood in line to order my food. the guy who took my order did not know what he was doing. I think he’s new. but I just bought my nuggets and he didn’t give me the sauce I wanted. I asked for 4 only and it was a 20 pc. the lady who handed me my food gave me bbq sauce and buffalo sauce. um. I had to go back 3 times to get the right sauce. and she just gave me more like I was trying to free load. I hate bbq sauce!
after that was done with, I tried my sweet tea and the taste was right, but when I sipped a little more, I sucked up some dirty paper that was mashed up in there. gross!!! I didn’t even bother gong back and complaining, I was annoyed from the service already, the lady would’ve probably thought I was just trying to get free sh*t from them like every other customer in there. I have to say, the place is kinda ghetto.
anyways, to sum it all up. here are my pros and cons:
pros:
–cheap food
–fast service
–parking
Cons:
–lousy service (employees don’t repeat order and don’t speak english very well-​did not meet expectations.)-no offense to non English speakers
–unsanitary lobby (flies everywhere, and tables were dirty)
–food and drink is not clean? maybe they didn’t clean it, but this is the first time ive found dirty mashed up paper in my drink! ew!)
I don’t think ill be coming back…

I agree with some of the reviews about staff not able to meet expectations. I drive by this place 5 times a week and I am so hooked on their ice coffee I must have one before work. But everyday i drive another 5 miles to the South San Francisco McD to get my ice coffee. Why? The ice coffee is always, always consistent.
My prior visit resulted in wrong orders, and sloppy prep. I was told once that they no longer offer the .99 any soft drink when all other places did. And every time I decide to try it again in hopes they can get it right… I’m wrong. Like today. I’m running late can’t make it to the SSF location so I get my ice coffee here. The prep must have used HOT COFFEE and poured it onto ice in the cup because when I got it, it was warm and had no ice left. and it tasted like crap. i took one sip and threw the rest away. I’m done with this place forever.

Plenty of times this place makes me forget that it’s a fast food joint. Breakfast or lunch the drive-​thru is sloooow. I rarely get out of the car especially after it gets dark. Be cautious if you do.
What can I say about the food, it’s Mickey D’s!

It’s a hard job working at a fast-​food restaurant and the stress eventually reaches the staff apparently. Over the years, I dramatically decreased my visits to Mcdonalds due to their unsanitary food prepping and environment.
Over the years, Mcdonalds has become a joke. This would actually be the last stop I’d make for food and ONLY if i HAVE TO! The only thing that had me coming back was Coffee and their new line of McCafe. They have decent drinks at good prices with a drive-​thru! The convenience of coffee was made more to my liking until you cant even make the drink! Maybe it’s the rush the staff can’t handle or they’re just plain illiterate but they fail over and over and over. The only reason I want to give my money to you is b/​c of your Iced Coffees and Fraps but no more!
WHY PAY WHEN THEY CAN’T MAKE A CONSISTENT DRINK?! LOOK AT THE CHART AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE IT! I’m done with Mcdys.

Y’know, I juuuuust can’t give the 4^th star to Mickey-Dee’s even though they try so hard to make the food look good on TV, make it sound good on the radio, and sell, sell, sell it to everyone everywhere.
They do get 3 stars for their good service, the consistency of food, and the generally clean dining area. Some McDonalds I will never go back to because they are such a mess. This one is a yes.
And, I have to get the McGriddle if I am nearby for breakfast. The damned thing is just plain un-​fair!
