This place will rip you off! Stay away! The owner, Dudley, is a con artist and a bold faced liar. He has had my review removed from Unilocal twice. Not sure how he does it, but, Dudley, I am going to Unilocal about the horrible treatment I received from your business again. He has never responded to my reviews because he knows full well the treatment I received from him and Ms Sarah’s Creations of Beauty was wrong!
Do not do business with this place unless you want to get ripped off period.

I decided to try Miss Sarah’s because I had heard good things and it was close to home. When I walked in I was greated graciously by a wonderful staff. They were very kind and made me feel very settled from the first second. I received a great press from Patrice who worked carefully and I really appreciated that. My hair came out gorgeous and I will definently be coming back. The staff is great, the setting and environment is wonderful, and the hair comes out amazing! This is am amazing place to get hair done!!!

They are so wonderful and helpful! I was lucky enough to have Ms. Sarah herself dye my hair. It was five different colors of blonde with my roots growing out and she turned it into a deep glowing brown with a purple tint. Everyone has given me so many compliments on it and she took the time to teach me how to care for colored hair and rejuvenate my hair so that I can wait on cutting it. Definitely going to start coming monthly so I can get a deep conditioning treatment. I can’t wait to go back and suggest that anyone in need of a cut or color should see her immediately. Everyone in there makes you feel welcome and like family.

I had a haircut today. It is fantastic. The service was great and the hair cut was great too. I have very fine straight hair which takes skill to cut. THANKS

After many failed attempts of a weave installment with another hairstylist elsewhere I found Ms. Sarah’s.
Dudley was very helpful when I called to schedule my appointment. He answered all of my questions and took background information about my needs.
Ms. Sarah knew exactly who I was when I walked in and knew the background of my previous experience (awesome communication amongst this team)
Patrice installed my weave. She has the most gentle touch and focuses on getting your hair to how you want it.
Ms. Sarah’s is a must if you are looking for excellent customer service and quality hair care.

I always love my hair when I leave this shop. Maisha does it all… from press to weaves, coloring and cuts. She also does makeup and eyelash extension. The girl is the truth!!! This shop specializes in black hair but all cultures are welcome. The stylists here are multi-​talented and have years of experience. Love love love the feel of my hair after deep conditioning. I have been a faithful client for over a year and have no disappointments. Thanks ladies!

This is the only place I know of in Daly City that can do black hair, whether it be natural or relaxed, or weaved. I get my hair done here and Ms Sarah and Patrice are awesome, they know how to get my hair straight. Maisha does weaves and lashes and she fab too. They also cater to other races, I’ve seen a latino and a white women getting their hair done here too, so they cater to all. They always offer you something to sip on like tea, coffee, or juice. Plenty of magazines (the latest) to read. The receptionist Dudley is very kind and professional. The only drawbacks about this place is the parking – it is not free it is about .25 cents for every 30 min and sometimes they get really busy – especially on the weekends. If you are getting a touch up (relaxer) or any chemical service allow a 3 – 4 hour window-​. Overall, this is my favorite salon, they are priced below those in San Francisco and always have some sort of deal going on. Check out their website too they also have loyalty rewards so you earn points for products you buy and every time you get your hair done. Nobody else does that in Daly City!

Ms. Sarah is true professional. I haven’t had my hair treated this well in over 5 years. I had a touch-​up relaxer done Ms. Sarah did an amazing job. Ms. Sarah knew exactly what product to use for my sensitive scalp. The customer service is fantastic they offer you water, coffee, anything to make you feel at home. Ms. Sarah’s son is doing an amazing job with keeping up with technology. Great place, friendly! Highly recommended! Thank you Ms. Sarah.
