The customer service here is great! The girls who waited on my family and I, even though my kid was taking forever to decide what he wanted, was so patient and helpful. I even saw her sweeping the dining area even though it was spotless. I’ve always liked Schlotsky’s so the food was hot and tasty to me. I enjoyed their holiday turkey and cranberry sandwich. Plus, now that they have Cinnabon’s, my guilty pleasure, I probably won’t cruise by anymore so easily when I see one.

I have always been a fan of Schlotzsky’s. This unit happen to be well kept, efficient and tasty. The smell of the Cinabuns almost made me skip lunch all together and go right for the desert…

The one I hit up in Nashville made me think that the standards had fallen but this location is top knotch. Very clean and service was prompt and correct. Sandwich was as good as remembered. This one even brought the order to your table.

I’m always happy if the town I’m visiting has a Schlotzsky’s. I know they’re supposed to serve «serious sandwich[es],» and the turkey bacon club is great, but my favorite menu item is the combination special pizza, sans black olives. I go here at least once a week if I’m in Dalton on a regular basis. Bill is the best. He remembered my name and what I ordered after I had been there only a few times. Never underestimate the impact of awesome customer service… my food always tastes better at this location.
