Worst froyo I’ve had. Texture is way off, it’s practically melting coming out of the machine and flavors are bland and artificial tasting

Not a lot of flavor options at this location but the woman working there was fun. She was so friendly and funny. The yogurt was just ok. I guess I’ve been spoiled by Yumilicious. The store was a little on the dirty side and could use a little more attention.

This is the worst service I have ever had! There was a ghetto woman behind the counter who had a large flock of her friends in the store. She barely acknowledged us in the store and continued a very loud conversation while we figured out ourselves how to get yogurt. While we were standing there she told her friend something about those f****** Faggots in a very loud voice. She was not referring to us but regardless it was very offensive. This store is in the heart of the gay area of Dallas and I will never go into this store again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear!!!

Great place. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Register for their rewards program. It’s free and you get discounts and rebates! They got a new flavor today: Horchata (cinnamon rice pudding flavor from Mexico). It’s very tasty. I highly recommend the place.

I absolutely love the Yogurt Zone on MacArthur Blvd in Irving (I use to live over there), when I saw that there was a new location blocks away from my new home I was ecstatic. But I don’t feel as though they have the same nice flavors as the Irving shop, they have mostly fruity sorbet flavors (that don’t even taste amazing) and I’m more of the cake batter, caramel pretzel type of person. I didn’t feel very welcomed any of the at least 5 times that I have been there. It wasn’t even the staff that made me feel that way, it was who I presume to be the owner. Weird huh, I’ll just keep getting my Fro’yo on my way home from work…

Having worked in a yogurt shop before, the yogurt tastes stale. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere.

The fruit flavors are nice and tart but I’d like the yogurt a little more frozen. Also, think they need to add some cereal to the toppings! Fruity pebbles are the best and they don’t have any :-(all in all though not bad and I’ll be going back
