First of all there is no place to sit in here… The cashier was rude just b/​c we walked in with a big group and he wanted get us out of the way! Then he never offered any help for me to decide what I want on the menu and I was taking my time trying to figure out what I wanted but usually the employee office help

Ordered at this location from the app order time for pickup was 11 35 I showed up exactly at 1145 my ordered was already done but cold like my chicken stripes was barely covered in the bbq sauce as if they poured the sauce on everything wasn’t Even fresh to the point where my ranch sauce was hot so I asked if they could re make my order the manager told me she could only re do the fries but not my chicken because I was late the manager didn’t even wanna talk to me she kept sending people over worst location ever

I went here on Friday 9÷12÷15
Anyway, due to the idiots NEVER answering the phone, I was forced to go inside and order at the counter. Pretty simple order…8 wing combo, all flats, have original hot and other half Hawaiian BBQ, .The girl at the counter tells me it will be a 30 min wait… I was hesitant but I understood that it was the weekend so I agreed to wait.
30 mins later, I pick up my order and its completely screwed up… they had to re-​make it (an extra 10 min)…after I got home to eat it… the fries had WAYYYY to much of the seasoning they use so my fries were extra salty… my wings were rubbery and hard to chew .I have never had these issues with any other location. The girls in this location are really stupid and lack attention to detail.

Ordered original hot chicken strips and got plain strips. You guys suck. Going out of my way to go to the next wingstop even though I live right next to you butts.

Small place, good for pickup & takeout only. No where to sit. Call in your order and they usually say it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. I think the same management has been running it for a few years. Love the lemon pepper wings!
