Pizza Hut

This is where customer service went to die and never resurrected. Corporate should definitely take a look at all of these consistently poor reviews and implement some changes. They are losing big business due to poor management and training.
As of late I usually let things go and try to be understanding but this location made me squash all that. I ordered a couple of pizzas for dinner. My card was charged and an hour abc half later nothing arrived. I have ordered online with Pizza Hut for years. My account has my address, email, and two numbers to reach me at.
Apparently my number was entered wrong so they called that one and they said they didn’t order anything. Ok simple mistake. So instead of calling the other number on file or emailing, since the food was already paid for, they just didn’t come. I called and asked what’s happening and they told me that there was no order. They then found my order and said it was cancelled because they couldn’t reach me. Huh? I told them my account is full of ways to contact me. I then asked when my $ would be refunded and they said it depended on the bank. Please note that a hold is not released on a card until the order has been canceled. Until I called my order had not been canceled. So shady business.
I contacted corporate and got the basic we are sorry story but no substance. This will continue and Pizza Hut lost a customer. Sad to see that businesses in the grove just don’t care anymore man. Apathy at its finest.

This location by far offers the most horrible customer service you can possibly imagine. Tried ordering over the phone asked for the manager (very unprofessional) to the point that when asked for store # he had no idea whatsoever. When asked for his name, he refused! Very rude, definitely need more training. What more can you expect from this store being at the location that it’s in, right?! HOOD.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location that I have ever ordered from. My friends and I decided to order from here around 9pm one night. After waiting for more than 1 and ½ hours, we decided to call to see what the hold up was. They did not answer and eventually they closed. Til this day, our pizza has not been delivered. We were not happy!

I’m only giving you three stars because my very 1^st pizza would have given you one star. but the pizza I had last night was all the way 5 stars!
new to this particular area I decided to order pizza I used the online app that gave me this store. the 1^st pizza was death warmed over! the cheese crust was stale! the ingredients were too! like those banana peppers yuck!!! it was just a huge disappointment I think it might have been a pizza somebody didn’t pick up and they added on to it with my other ingredients and sold to me for cheap. because I did pay less than what it said on line.
but last night pizza. the pizza before it had me paranoid so I ordered a small personal pan to be on the safe side instead of the large. even though… they forgot to add the barbeque drizzle… that pizza taste like the pizzas I come to know from pizza hut. very hot and fresh ingredients cooked on it to perfection I wish whoever was in that kitchen last night stay there because this pizza was good the other one I was so ticked off I threw it away.
