It tasted okay going in… not so great for my digestive tract at all. The lady was really nice but I don’t know why everyone raves about this place. It’s okay but I will go to popeye’s or church’s if I ever want fried chicken again.

Simply horrible! Poor service. Poor availability. Food is always burnt. I’m always disappointed when I visit this location. I’m done with this location. They don’t have the awesome fish basket. They don’t carry rice. The drive thru is piss poor. I’ve visited 4 too many times.

I love eating chicken wings, specially the hot and spicy one. Williams Chicken is another thing that should improve before someone wants them closed. All the chicken were not all available, the availability of the food should be all available for the customers decide on wethere what they wanna eat that moment. I think that was the only issue for me.

I’m new to Dallas and wanted some good fried chicken. This chicken was really very average, there was nothing about it that I would come back. The breasts are cut up so that they aren’t very meaty, the price for an eight piece all white is 13 plus and truthfully its just not that good. I haven’t tried Rudy’s but am looking forward to tasting some extraordinarily good fried chicken. This clearly was not it.

I wasn’t sure what I was doing here. I know I wanted chicken. Was this the type of chicken I wanted today? $ 5.25 gets you a 2 piece dark combo meal with fries and a pickled jalapeño. It came out quick and made me wonder how long it had been sitting around waiting for me to purchase it. The«crispiness» was thin and I’ve had better. I’m still unsatisfied for my chicken craving.

The chicken wasn’t fresh, and obviously not hot. Save you’re time and money… go to Church’s instead; plus they taste way better!

When I moved to this area back in 2004, I avoided this place. It was not until this year that I came to williams, and my first experience was wonderful, though I had to add my own salt to the fries. Being satisfied with my first visit, I decided to return again. The second visit was disappointing, the chicken was luke warm and gross. Same went for the third visit. After that I started going to Churches Chicken for my fried cravings and have been happy ever since. Though Im sad that I wont be returning any time soon, they did have different seasoning which I enjoyed, but I cant keep risking buying chicken that has sat under the lamp. Mind you, Ive even tried to come during the busy hours when the demand is high and they have to make it fresh, but to no avail.

Unfortunately, these places are never located in a «good«part of the city. My brother and I had to drive out of our way to come here for chicken and it was well worth it. Crispy chicken tenders dipped in white gravy. Mmmm, I’m on my way to a heart attack! Last weekend we had a little outting at a park and decided to bring some chicken to feed these guys and let me tell you, there weren’t any left overs! I just wish there was one closer to my house.
