Anything but greatness here! What else can you say about this place. Always packed after 2am. Service is great and workers always have their game face on during those hours. I don’t know if I was just tipsy or that really is their game face. My order is always right and the burgers, burgers are one of the best fast food burgers around.

My order was completely wrong and now no one answers the phone. I ordered a whataburger jr combo with only mustard cheese and tomato. We got a just a burger combo with only ketchup, mustard, and cheese. Then I ordered a grilled chicken combo with no mayo add mustard and I got mayo on my sandwich. I also ordered onion rings on the side and I got none.
Why can’t they just get my order right!!!

No onions means no onions. .
3 separate occasions, I go to this location. I detest onions, and they don’t much like me either. I ask for no onions, get my burger, notice the «no onion» sticker. Proceed with opening the wrapper only to find onions falling out and the burger covered in them. Once. Understandable, twice was aggravating, but three times, I’M DONE. I contacted the manager there, he was nice. I was even contacted my their regional guy. So, customer service after the sell, not bad.

Second time In a row I have been to this location and have not been impressed. Both times I have paid an extra dollar for an additional 2 sauces and have not received them. It’s not the money that pisses me off its actually paying for my 2 favorite sauces and then not having them when I get home. Food seems like it is thrown together as well.

Best Fancy ketchup ever!!! I love to pair it with some hot fresh fries. That’s all I need. The honey butter chicken biscuit it nasty and taste like I am sucking on a penny.

So, so so dissappointed
As a tourist visiting from out of California I was so excited to try this place
My sister in law warned me against it as soon as I mentioned it and now I see why
The service was slow and the food was dry (bread and meat) and not fresh tasting at all… like it had been under a heat lamp too long, not to mention looked messy.
Three months later my fiancée also travelled there and tried it against my warning and at a different time/​day of the week than I had gone, to come to the same conclusion

Best whataburger I’ve ever been too, the people here are so friendly and actually walk around to see how everything is and if yu need anything. Never had this kind of service at a fast good place.

Horrid service in the drive through. Reputable brands like Schlotzsky’s have me in and out of the drive through in 3 minutes. The person in front of me either ordered the entire menu, or this location was severely understaffed. Either way, they should have ushered the other vehicle forward and served me my single drink I ordered. Ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be returning, which is a shame because I live just down the road.

Can’t say enough how awesome this location is. The food is good but what keeps me coming is that the staff is so polite and accommodating. They gave me onion rings by mistake and gave me a large fry and a cookie to make up for it apologized for the mistake after brining it to my car. Good service speaks for itself!

Just as I remembered it. it was over 17 years ago that I ate here and the burger has not changed a bit. The place was spotless, the crew friendly, and the burger good — what more could one ask for when having a very short window of time to eat!

You know this place is hoppin’ when there’s a line wrapped around the building at 2:30am. This places serves breakfast from 11pm-​11am, and they have really good taquitos. The drive thru goes quick, and the staff is friendly. If you are in the mood for a bite to eat after a night out, this location is really good.

I’m a little liberal with the stars, I know. However in this day and age, good service is hard to come by.
First of all, the restaurant was super clean. Probably cleaner than my house. TMI? We were immediately greeted by a nice man who then took our order. I noticed that the staff knew many people and their orders. It felt like I was in a diner in a small town. I kid you not!
I had the BOB without meat, so basically an egg sandwich. These folks know how to make an egg sandwich! So yum! The hubs had a breakfast platter and seemed pleased. We split a cinnamon roll and it rocked! It was good as one from an upscale place and much cheaper.
There were a lot of families eating which I though was pretty cute. I think this might become a regular thing for us.

I made my pilgrimage here the other weekend (Again at 3 AM) and I can attest it is true. Jesus lives and he smites the wicked with fancy ketchup and cures the blind with taquitos.
